I have a feeling, they might wear those clothes on the actual day of the event they got the contract for, that is the 100 year celebration of the Virani's masala thing. Sagarika might insist them to wear those clothes...just a thought

This is normal for a lot of shows (even Western ones). Shoot the promo to attract audiences, even though the scenes themselves might slightly differ in the actual episodes. It's a marketing tool. It's just to give you an idea of what sort of scenes to expect in the actual episodes, even though they might be slightly different.
