Hey... First thing today, please do let me know your name... 😳
Now coming to the update...I had thought you would just give us a bird's eye view of the wedding ceremony because most likely both Naina and Sameer would be in a trance over the happenings... but you surpassed my expectations... This update is dark, but a piece of art... 👏👏👏
Deepika touched my heart with her concern for Naina... And Vishakha - hmmm... this character is still a mystery... but she knew two things - first, Naina was not joking, she had indeed resolved to marry and Vishakha used that resolve to save her family honor... second, she knew how to deal with her son, give and take, like Sameer said, he understood that language so she used that language... At that crucial time nothing else would have probably convinced Sameer and she knew that... Perfectly portrayed 👍🏼 And now again, I will wait to know what was indeed so important for Sameer to know that he agreed to be tied to marriage in return for that information.
Sameer... Sameer... Sameer... this man has not seen the colors of life... and is trying to convert whatever color comes in his life into grey... the wedding vows were so painful to read... to his mind, he wouldn't have had to take this step of marrying Naina, if Naina hadn't suggested this... so according to him it is Naina's fault... and every frustration that has been caused by Pooja and his mother is being attributed to Naina, the girl who is actually trying to save his honor and name as well... When he cools down a bit, I wish he would think for a moment as to what would have happened if Naina hadn't married him...I agree he is not interested in family honor, but what about his own honor, reputation and respect? I want him to understand that he would have been the point of ridicule and topic of joke among his business associates and employees...
He did not believe in the bond of marriage, for him it was all about physical relationship, and that too sex, not making love... He doesn't understand the sanctity of the relationship he has just tied himself in... He made a mockery of each ritual, each vow, each oath... and when husbands actually make the promise of love and togetherness in front of the holy pyre, he ended up making a promise to make his wife's life hell... It was really sad to read... but clearly showed how narrow his understanding is, how misplaced his beliefs are... how what had happened in his past and probably caused by his mother has destroyed his faith in love and relationships...
Naina on the other hand, was in a daze at first when she wore the lehenga stitched for her sister... she was thinking of how the mehendi mistake collided with her destiny... Yet, when she was faced with the person who now she has decide to leave behind for the sake of her family, she stood firm in her resolve... and again she took her own vows made her own promises, and unlike Sameer she decided to be happy with what she has got in her life and devote herself to the relationship she had formed. I am amazed with her courage...
My perspective for future (not a guess, just what I gleaned from all these updates): Sameer may decide to break her... but he has not yet faced a true woman... he doesn't know that the more he attempts to give pain to her, he would be causing pain to himself as well... he doesn't know the power of the kumkum and mangalsutra... he doesn't know the power of selfless devotion that Naina has decided to give to this relationship... Love will take time to happen, but before that Sameer Maheshwari is going to break into a thousand pieces whenever he tries to fulfill the evil vows he has taken...
Its a long comment today, hope you don't mind... but the update called for it... every sentence was worth analyzing... you are doing a fab job, keep it up...! 👍🏼
I am so thankful to you for daily updates... Eagerly waiting to read more... 😃
