may be he is acting ...may be he saw ayesha at the time of accident or may be when he was inhospital he heard ayesha talking o him ..........what u think guys

Then why is he putting Prachi through all this pain. She's had enough hardships, she doesn't need Milsi doing this to her as well. Also wouldn't the creatives want to let us in on this and show his point of view and why he's doing this.

Although it would be a good twist.

i dont think he is acting he loves Prachi alot and would not want her to go through pain like she always does so i dont think he is acting i think its serious but im thinking how will he get his memory back

No, seems highly unlikely, especially the way he reacted after he got up, ignoring everybody including his own family to go after that WWW. Moreover, I dont think he would be up to a master plan soon after a brain surgery (although they did show him get up and walk towards that yuck character). And more importantly, this is not Milsi's style of attacking somebody through treachery. If he knew WWW was behind this he would have confronted her upfront not pretend he has forgotten everything except loving her.
