Raman was hugging ishita tight and said -please mat ro Minnie, u know naa I can't see u crying. Tumne joh kuch bhi saha woh bahut jyada hai and I couldn't do anything for it but now I promise that I will not let anyone touch u and ruhi. Ab tum dono tab tak meri responsibility ho, jab tak main tum dono ko milind ke paas naa pahuncha doon. I will not let anyone hurt u two. He said determined to protect ishru and ishita just hide more into him.
Raman softly caressing her hair lessening her sobs. He was caressing her hair and soon she slept feeling his warmth.
Raman was looking at the mother-daughter duo, both were sleeping peacefully feeling his warmth.
He kissed ishita's forehead and said -i am sorry Minnie, shayad meri hi nafrat ke kaaran, mere curse ke kaaran tumhe itna sehna pada.i don't know how I am going to forgive myself for being the cause of ur pain. All I can do is to love and protect u till I can. He said and picked ishita in his arms. He took her to her room and placed her gently on the bed. Then he brought Ruhi too and made her sleep next to ishita. Raman caressed their foreheads and kissed their foreheads softly. Then went covering them properly.
Raman went to his room and talked to mihir about ishru passport. Mihir told him that he is working on getting their passport ready. Raman thanked him and hung the call. Then he got busy in his work while his mind was again going on ishru only and he was feeling guilty for hating ishita so much. He closed his laptop and went to see ishru again. He sat next to ruhi and was just caressing her when she hold his finger. She opened her eyes and look at Raman while he too smiled seeing her.
Raman -uth gaya mera betu. He asked to which she chuckle and took his finger to her mouth and start sucking it hungrily.
Raman realised that she is hungry. He look at ishita ,she was sleeping. He went to kitchen and made milk for Ruhi. He came back to her and picked little Ruhi in his arms. He went to his room and start feeding her making her lay down on his lap. Ruhi started sucking milk hungrily while Raman was just admiring her. He took her in his arms and kissed her temple. She closed her eyes feeling his touch and he smiled.
Soon she finished her milk and was all ready to play. Raman thought to take her out. He changed her clothes and make her wear a pink frock with pink socks -shoe. She was looking cute and happy ,he picked her in his arms and went out.
After an hour, ishita got up feeling hungry. She got up and looked for ruman but no-one was there. She was worried for them and called raman.he told her about them being out.
Ishita -khana bhi nahi khaya, u went like that only.
Raman -haan bhookh nahi thi, aur tum so bhi rahi thi. So I took Ruhi out. Usne doodh peeya hua hai. Tum bhi khana kha lo.
Ishita -nahi, I will wait for u.
Raman -no need, tum kha lo. Main yahin kuch kha lunga. Waise bhi I am used to live alone and eat alone. Aur shayad yahin meri zindagi hai.
Ishita -raman please, don't say like this. Please get settled with a nice girl. I know tumhe Ek bahut achchi ladki milegi.
Raman -ek mili thi, but kismat ne cheen li.
Ishita -raman, u know naa, she was saying when Raman said -ok, we r doing shopping. Will talk to u later. Saying so he hung the call while ishita was just looking at the phone thinking about his words.
Ishita -pyaar toh main bhi tumse karti hoon raman, but tumhe aur khud ko koi umeed nahi dena chahti. Kyunki Ek aur baar tumhe aur tumhari tutte hue nahi dekh sakti. I love u alot to see u hurt raman, wish I could do something for u, for us. She said and cried on her fate.
Soon it was evening, ruman were still not returned. Ishita was feeling bored so thought to make something for them. She remembered he likes palak paneer , so thought to make same for him. She locked the house and went to bring the needful from the near grocery shop.
After half an hour, she came and find ruman were back and we're in her room. She was going to meet them when Raman came out and said -kya hua ,where u r going??
Ishita -kahin nahi, just going to see Ruhi.
Raman -abhi nahi, go and make tea for me and milk for Ruhi. Phir aana.
Ishita -ok, bana rahi hoon, first let me see her.
Raman -kyun don't u trust me. I told naa usse bhookh lagi hai, go and get milk for her.
Ishita felt weird but went making tea and milk for them while raman went inside.
After ten minutes,she was going inside taking the tea and milk only to find the door closed.
Ishita knocked the door and said -raman, open the door. What u r doing?? She asked getting worried.
After sometime, Raman opened the door and closed her eyes.
Ishita -raman, what r u doing??
Raman -just wait for a second. He said and kept the tray aside. He took her near the bed and opened her eyes saying -surprise.
Ishita looked at the bed and said all shocked -what's this raman??
Raman smiled and said -bed for my little princess, how's it??
Ishita look at it thouroughly and saw ruhi laying on it smiling and said -its beautiful Raman. She said and walked towards the bed looking at Ruhi.
Ruhi was laying happily on the bed, ishita picked her in her arms and hugged ruhi. Ruhi was happily hitting ishita, while she burst into tears hugging Ruhi tight.
Raman -now what's this, I did all this to make u happy, not to make u cry.
Ishita -i have seen very bad days with ruhi, Raman. Never expected that my baby would ever get pampered like this. She said keeping her head on his chest.
Raman wrapped his arms around her and said -those days r gone ishita, now only happy days r left to live.
Ishita -i wish I could live these moments with u always. She said and closed her eyes feeling his warmth while Raman too prayed for the same.
Slowly days start passing, ishru has nicely settled in Raman's house, she started taking care of his every need while he too was doing everything for ishru.
One afternoon, ishita was making food for them when she heard the door opening. She went and saw raman entering the house.
Ishita -aa gaye tum, good. Maine khana banaya hai, tum fresh ho jao main serve karti hoon. She was saying when Raman said -ruhi ka passport banne mein time lagega. At least a month, toh tab tak tumhe wait Karna hoga. He said making ishita look at him.
Ishita -ek mahina,bahut jyada time nahi hai.
Raman -hai toh, but what to do. Procedure hai, manna toh padega hi.
Ishita -tumhe bahut pareshani ho rahi ho naa, mere kaaran. Itne din tumhare ghar rehna, it doesn't look good. I think I should look for a house somewhere.
Raman -pareshani,really ishita. U really think so. Aisa kuch nahi hai ,chahe jitna time lage, u will live here with me only.
Ishita -but Raman, log baat banane lag gaye hai. I think now I should shift somewhere. Koi joh dekhna chahiye mujhe.
Raman -really and who will take care of my little princess. Listen carefully ishita, I am not going to let u two go, tum dono yahin rahoge, mere paas.i care a damn about what other thinks and won't let u two go anywhere because of this. He said and went angrily while ishita was just looking at his retreating figure.
