What all Ruksar Knows ?
She knows About Kabir Bachpan Ki Dost.
Where she didn't Met him For Last 5 Yrs.

She was too Sure and Challenge that Kabeer Have No Love for Zara.
So the Very Next day Once Kabeer was announced as the Nayab Kazi. She asked Shabaz to Get her Married to Kabeer.
So She knows that Kabeer would Trash Zara Just like that and Marry her. Now I would not be Surprised If Kabeer do that. Bcoz Kabeer's every Usool is guarded and governed by Ruksar.a
