It was a great chapter loved the vase part😆

The first thing Arohi saw after opening her eyes was dark grey ceiling. A cold cloth strip was pressed on her forehead and she was comfortably tucked in a blanket. She looked around the surrounding which felt a bit familiar. She tried getting up but her body felt so weak. A hand came from her right and helped her in sitting.

"Good morning Arohi" Dolly's soft voice fell on her ears.

She looked up at her and smiled softly as she pressed a glass of water on her lips. She really needed it.

As she looked around the room it finally donned upon on her that she was in Arjun's room. The last she remembered was fainting in lobby.

"How I came here?"

"I don't know anything. When I returned in morning Arjun Sir told me u caught fever last night and asked me to take care of you"

Before she could inquire further, the Devil Singhania entered talking on his mobile. He gave a small glance at her and then walked to far end still talking. He gestured Dolly to come towards him with his hand.

She watched as he told something to her and after that Dolly left from there nodding at him.

Although her body didn't support but she stepped out of blanket and that's when she realized she was just in a white kurta which probably was his! Feeling self conscious she tried to leave the room as fast as possible. She can fret about things later but right now she needs to get out of monster's den. She took two feeble steps but on third step her head felt dizzy and she lost her balance. Instead of landing on floor as she expected, she found herself wrapped in two strong arms. He made her lay back on bed again and covered her with blanket.

"You need to take it easy. Your body is weak" he spoke huskily and then leaning at side picked something.

"Open your mouth" he ordered.

She narrowed her eyes and looked away.

"Look Arohi I need to check your temperature. Open your mouth"

"You don't need to show your fake concern. Let me go back to my room"

He pressed his head "don't make me force you"

When she still didn't budge he forcefully pushed thermometer in her mouth. She tried to throw it but he held her mouth keeping it shut and with his other restricted her hand moments.

"Being stubborn leads to foolishness some times" he commented while taking off the thermometer to note readings.

"Who changed my clothes?" She asked avoiding eye contact with him.

Putting thermometer at it's place he replied "I did"

Angry tears glistened in her eyes "How dare you?" She felt so furious at the thought of him seeing her naked.

He raised his one brow "chill. Lights were off. I am not some creep"

"You shouldn't have done that"

"Yeah right" he rolled his eyes "and should have let you die"

"As if u care if I live or die" she snapped.

He stared at her with anger "u know what! I should have actually let u die"

Their conversation was interrupted as Dolly walked in with a trolley. Instructing her to give medicine after breakfast, he left from there. Once she was done she asked Dolly to take her back to her room. Dolly compiled with her request a bit hesitantly but nevertheless took her back to her room. The first thing she did after getting back was to discard his kurta and wear something of her own. She felt a mixture of embarrassment and anger on thought of him changing her clothes. Honestly she would have preferred dying than to be touched by him.

Due to the effect of medicine she soon drifted back to sleep. Dolly woke her up around lunch time as it was time for another medicine. Most of the day Arohi spent sleeping. She was feeling too week and dizzy to do anything. She got calls and messages from her friends and classmates. It was hilarious that so many people showed concerned about her being absent. They all wanted to be in her good books because of Arjun Singhania but only if they knew that their closeness with her will only put them in Arjun Singhania's hitlist.

Next day she was feeling back like herself. Adding to her happy mood it was Saturday and that meant no college. But looking at the time she sighed. It was 9:30! She will have to do with fruits again. Arjun Singhania and his stupid rules. Taking a refreshing bath she came downstairs to have her super healthy fruit breakfast.

"Good morning Dolly ji" she said and sat down on chair.

"Good morning. How are you feeling now?" Dolly replied coming over to her.

Arohi turned the plate and looked for knife and apple while answering back "I am perfectly fine now. Your chicken soup did the trick" she grinned.

Dolly chuckled and kept a soup bowl in front of her.

She looked at her surprised "Dolly ji its 10. I am late"

"Today morning Arjun Sir himself was late for breakfast so he removed the time table and..." She stopped abruptly.

Arohi raised her brows "and?"

"And now Dolly's kitchen is open all time"

She smiled and looked at wall where the time table was stuck. It was no longer there. So monster himself couldn't abide by his own rules.

"So now tell me what would you like to have for breakfast?" Dolly asked resuming back to her work in kitchen.

After having scrambled eggs with the toasts as soon as she stood up to leave, Dolly came to her holding a bouquet of pink roses.

"We got this in morning" she placed it on table.

Arohi looked at bouquet confused and found a card that said "Get well soon joker"

She grinned as she realized it was from none other Dhondhu. As he is the only one who calls her joker. She happily took the bouquet to her room and called Dhondhu.

"Thank you for the beautiful bouquet Dhondz" she spoke as soon as he picked her call.

"I hope now you will get well soon"

She chuckled "Too bad! I got well before ur wishes could reach me"

"That's nice. But seriously how are you?"

"I am fine. You tell me what happened in class yesterday. Send me all the notes"

After talking for few more minutes she hung up the call.

Sitting on bed she thought if she should say thanks to Arjun? Whatever it should be but he indeed saved her life. She convinced herself but decided against it. Because it was also because of him she was in that situation. First he owe her a sorry infact a lot of sorries.

A/N: I will not be pming anymore. There are hardly like 5-6 readers. Updates are going to be frequent(maybe every alternate day), so u guys can check accordingly for update :)

Coming like right now...and it's Double update

Dipping his neck behind while seated at cricket academy waiting for others to join, Arjun let his thoughts wander to his a week old wife! Last few days had been tiresome with the wedding and having Arohi around.

He had never really imagined that a day would come when he will be someone's husband. His life/world has always been cricket. For him there is nothing beyond cricket. He was happily living his dreams but his Dad decided to throw a bouncer at him and forced him to marry her!

That girl has shown more grit than he had expected. He tried everything in his ability to make her say no to this alliance but she stood adamant on her decision. All for fame and money, the title of being his wife brought with it. She is behaving all innocent and unwilling but he is sure soon she will be flaunting and using his name. She has got him trapped in this situation.

He is used to living alone. He doesn't even like having servants around that's why he only has Dolly for all work. But she has to barge in his life despite all his warnings.

His phone rang bringing him out of his thoughts. It was her driver calling him. He hoped everything was fine and she hadn't created some problem.

"Hello"

"Arjun Sir. I need leave urgently. My son has slipped from stairs and I have to go hospital." The driver informed him in a frantic voice.

"Suraj calm down! Go home to your family"

"Arohi Mam's number is coming unreachable. I.."

"Don't worry about her. I will pick her from college"

"Thank you Sir" saying that he disconnected the call.

As he slipped mobile back in his pocket everyone else came wearing their gears.

"I thought we won't be seeing you for at least a month after wedding" Jai commented walking inside.

Arjun glared "it's been a week. Get over my wedding" he spoke as he wore his gloves.

"It's just been a week! By the way when are you inviting us over. We want to get to know our dear Bhabhi personally"

"Never" Arjun spoke throwing ball at him.

Jai laughed as he they both headed out in ground "Salil and Purvi are hosting dinner for you and Bhabhi. Purvi won't listen anything. You will have to come. Don't worry we won't do anything that will make Arohi Bhabhi divorce you" he joked whereas Arjun just sighed.

After a tiring session Arjun came outside the academy. Looking at weather he wondered if it was going to rain. He shrugged his shoulders and kept his duffle bag at back seat. By the team he reached his penthouse it had started raining heavily. Dropping his bag at kitchen counter he poured himself orange juice. Dolly was on leave but she had cooked dinner for them. He felt he was forgetting something but he couldn't recollect anything. Finishing juice he went to his room and changed his clothes. He laid on bed holding his mobile. It had been a week but everyone on his insta and Twitter was still talking about his wedding, making foolish assumptions on his honeymoon and swooning over his pics. Feeling bored after scrolling for few minutes he felt bored. He liked few pics of his friends and kept phone away. Just as he closed his eyes he remembered that he was supposed to pick Arohi today.

Damn! He cursed as he looked at time. Her college got over an hour ago. He picked his mobile to call her but he never ever bothered to save his number. He looked at weather outside which was terrible. Running fingers through his hair he picked the car keys and dashed outside.

He told watchman to inform him if she returns back. On his way he kept looking here and there to see her but no use. The main gate was closed when he reached her college. He looked around in hope to see her but all in vain. He was thinking of calling his mom to take her number just then watchman called him to inform that she was back.

He took a sigh of relief and made his way back home. Noting in his mind to save her number. It took him longer than usual to reach his place because of the rain and traffic jam.

A figure was sitting curled up on floor outside his door. When he reached closer he identified that it was none other than Arohi. She was shivering due to cold. Bending down he touched her face. As expected her body was heated with high fever.

"Arohi" he called out lightly patting on her cheek but no response.

A lump formed in his throat seeing her state. Without wasting a second he picked her in his arms and took directly to his room. Placing her down on couch he quickly dialled the number of a doctor and asked him to come as early as possible.

He stared down at her shivering form. Her wet clothes were sticking to her body and he needed to change them. Since Dolly wasn't around he had to do the task. The thought itself felt so uneasy. He pulled out his white long kurta and a towel. Drawing all the curtains he switched off the lights and walked back to couch with the help of his mobile. He was careful enough to not touch her bare body as he removed her top. Covering her with towel he slipped his kurta on her. The difficult task was to remove her jeans. With a little difficulty he managed to pull them down. Wrapping her wet hair in towel he took her to his bed and switched on all lights. He tucked her in blanket in attempt to keep her body warm. Picking up the dryer he semi dried her hair.

He was feeling guilty for her state. If he would have remembered picking her up then it could have been avoided. In the span of one month, this chif of a girl has managed to guilt trip him on lot of occasions but dare he would ever admit that in front of her.

The doorbell rang and he went to open the door for doctor.

"Her body is too weak. Maybe she hadn't eaten anything whole day. I have given her injection. It will help her sleep better in night. If the temperature rises at any time, press cold strips on her forehead it will bring the temperature down" doctor told him handling a prescription.

Arjun thanked and walked him till the door. Coming back to his room he sat beside her. His lips thinned at site of her pale face. Brushing the hair strands away from her face, for the first time he wondered if she was actually the innocent little girl she pretends to be. But why would any girl marry a guy who is so rude and disrespectful to her? He sees no other reason than his money and fame.

She shivered and snuggled more into blanket. Her temperature was rising. He went and brought ice water and cloth strips. Rest of the night he spent pressing cold strips on her forehead to bring the temperature down. He dozed off to sleep in half sitting position beside her.

Around 7 am he woke up from his sleep. Rubbing his face he looked at Arohi who was still asleep. He checked her temperature. She was still a bit warm. Tucking her properly in blanket he went to take a shower.

Dolly was cooking breakfast when he entered in kitchen.

"Good Morning Sir"

He nodded "Morning. Dolly, Arohi is not well so make something for her according to that. Also see to her every need till she gets alright. And get these medicines"

He handed her the prescription and took his seat on dining table. Dolly served him his strong black coffee before heading out to send someone to get medicines.

He took a sip while scrolling through his mobile "Dolly make sure to give her chicken soup"

"Ok sir" she spoke as she proceeded to gather ingredients for the same.

After having his breakfast he decided to call Jai and inform him about his absence from today's session.

Still talking to Jai he walked back to his room. Arohi was finally awake and was talking to Dolly. He walked towards balcony and gestured Dolly to come to him.

"How is she?"
"I don't think she still have fever but she is weak"

He nodded "u checked the temperature?"

"No. I was going to do that"
"Ok. I'll do that. Go get her something to eat. She needs to take medicine"

Dolly gave a slight nod and walked out leaving them alone in the room.

After finishing his call as he turned to look at her, she was already out of bed and trying to walk but her feeble body didn't support her. She would have kissed the floor if he hadn't caught her on time. He helped her settle back in bed. He was trying his best to not behave harshly with her but she had to pick a fight with him. Instead of thanking him she was making useless arguments. Thank God Dolly came back or else he would have lost all control over his anger and snapped at her.

In order to calm himself he went to game room and decided to play Call of Duty. After playing for an hour he went back to his room only to find Arohi gone. He asked Dolly about it and she informed that she went back to her room. He gritted his teeth angrily.

What a stubborn girl!! If she again fell sick who will look after her there?

Whatever! Why should he bother? It's good that now she is gone and he has the room back to himself!

Rest of the day he spent in his room acting totally unfazed but at night he couldn't sleep without checking on her for once. So he went to her room and peeped inside. He could see a figure sleeping on bed. He quietly walked inside and keeping his hand on her forehead checked her temperature. Once satisfied of her wellbeing he walked out as quietly as he came. Sometimes he doesn't understand himself. He hates her for marrying him but he can't even help the small guilt that hit his conscience everytime he misbehaves with her.

So here it is!!! I hope u guys now hate Arjun a little less. Even if not then also it's ok. We have got lot more coming :)

I hadn't planned of giving Arjun's Pov but then I thought u guys need a little insight of him to help him understand better.
