i just wanna put my pov on zabeer
i know many of you here feel that kabeer doesnt deserve zara and he deserves sumone like ruksaar.his behaviour in the past few episodes makes us feel so and honestly even at a point i felt that kabeer will know her value only after she leaves him.
but
but
we guys are forgetting the basic essence of the show. this is not a romantic love story or a story of couple how they fall in love and lead life it is a show based on the idea of clash of ideals of 2 ppl and those 2 ppl here are a couple and life partners.
the character of kabeer is meant to be like that. he is a rule book and follows what is in it without any change or question of why. he doesnt like to or want to or even think of changing about those rules according to time and development. He is grown with a feel that women are inferior to men and men are to protect women. what all he did for zara in kashmir is the best example of that. though he is patriarchiac and traditional and very rigid he is not cunning or deceptive to prove his point. he follows the good or the bad in the book just blindly. never questions them. just like he never goes against his abbu even though he know he is wrong because his rules or usool as he says ask him to follow his dad's orders.
zara is opposite she believes in majab quran and everything but understands it and interprets and applies in her living. she is not the one who follows any rule blindly and tries to change them according to teh situation but for the good. though she changes the rules she never uses it for bad or wrong intentions. she is strong and one who speaks her own mind when there is any question on anything which she feels is right or wrong. she has those guts to stand against any one and stand with what she feel is truth or right.
In real life when such 2 people come they can never be friends but here they need to be a couple that was why wedding was made a forced one.now they are in a phase of love and that too more from zara's side. we perfectly dont know whether kabeer has fallen for zara or not but she has fallen for him. she thinks that kabeer will change his rules and make some amendments for her but she is not able realise that its not so easy. she needs to go through more and more pain and has to put in more and more efforts to change him...
i know many of u are disappointed with kabeer but trust me this is the perfect story writing. kabeer cant change what he is and how he was brought up with in few days. this is what he is. this is his thinking. and i am sure he will more worst and you me and everyone will hate him more and more because that is what promised to us. kabeer has to go thru a journey of learning the things in a different way. just like he learnt to sit and eat on dining table he needs to relearn everything and everything cant be so easy as that one.
trust me he will get more and more worse and we will hate him more and more and finally when he changes we will love him the most. and that is what many are looking from this show and atleast this is what i want. not out of love kabeer needs to change by understanding zara's pov.
and cuming to rukhsar i know many hate her and so do I but she is needed for kabeer and others to know that not all people who follow or show to follow the rules are good and right and those who makes changes and lives life on their terms are wrong. ruksar fits the first bill and zara in the second one. kabeer needs to learn this difference amongst them.
so finally all i want to say is pls dont say kabeer doesnt deserve zara because he is meant to be so.
we are here to witness a journey of these 2 ppl with clashing ideals and thinking leading a love filled and balanced life. Its not any competition on who deserves whom. anyone cant be perfect they need to change themselves and become best for other partner and zabeer have to go on that journey.
