Nothing can ever justify infidelity but the signs were always there. Adi loved Pooja and there can never be two thoughts about it. But he also overlooked the signs. Once u make that transition from a friend to a spouse, the equation changes and Adi never realised that. He assumed friendship is love and while that is certainly the foundation for any relationship, many things are added on top of it once the relation takes another form. Some of them are happy to keep things the way they are but others have a different set of expectations like Pooja. A friend can accept you the way you are and that's the beauty of friendship but same cannot be said for relationships concerning family.
I loved the way Pooja's scene played out yesterday. Gave a good insight into her feelings. I wish Pooja had had the guts to have a straight talk with Adi rather than keep him in the dark. There was nothing wrong in Pooja realising their marriage was a failure. She knew things were not working out for her even before she met Yash. Why should always a third person be the reason for you to realise you don't want to be in a relation? Why not take the decision of calling it off when you realise it? Why wait for someone else to enter your life and ruin the beautiful bond u once shared with ur spouse before things went wrong and give it the name of infidelity?
As for Yash, I am curious to hear his side of the story. We know why Pooja sought solace in another person but what reason did Yash have to betray Zoya? Zoya had left everything behind for him and she paid a price for Yash's mistakes. Yash always assumed Zoya wanted a big house to stay in just because her father was a wealthy man and he decided Zoya will not adjust with his mom and sister. But did he ever ask her what she wanted? Did he ask Zoya if she wanted the comfort of her old life or the warmth of a family? He decided to lead a dual life in Mumbai and Mussorie. Madhu was bitter towards Zoya as she never made an attempt to patch things up when Yash was alive but it was Yash who was the bridge between Zoya and his family. If that bridge could not stand strong why was Zoya blamed?
