Is it possible to find my biological parents?

It has been years already when I realized I am adopted. My foster parents told me about this when I was still 7 years old. They decided to adopt me when I was still a baby when they knew my foster mom is incapable of producing a baby. They saw an ad about adoption in a foreign page and felt that I am the answer to their needs.

Now, I'm looking for my biological parents. I already asked permission from my foster parents and they gave me such wholeheartedly. Is it possible for me to see them again?
