It seems being too attached to something, like too attached can be very detrimental...I agree Kumkum Bhagya helped me out of a tragic situation because when I started watching kkb I was traumatized after loosing my family in an accident.It became that thing that I turned to for heeling, cos the story line and lead characters was refreshing. I have been on it for years, being part of the journey and also busting in out cry when I see the writers recycling round and round because they are in a way addicted to some characters and story lines that they don't want to let go. Today I have drawn so many conclusions from watching the show that I need to start liberating my mind by putting down on paper what to me is KKB and the twists beyond the twists

First off, a great big hug to you, for sharing with us your past. I can't tell you how sorry I am for you for your loss. I am glad the show helped you with coping with your loss. I only hope you have coped and overcome your grief enough that the fond memories of your loved ones are on the fore and moved past the sad ones❤️

Yes, I agree, too much of a anything is detrimental. For various reasons we are all hooked to this show. I too am waiting for that switch to turn off for me. Being busy hasn't worked for me as I was always able to find time for what I wanted and then some more to rant
