I know everyone is entitled to their opinions and feelings but i just want to add something tot he current mood of the fandom.

So a part of the fandom is so pissed with Kabeer that they want a separation and Kabeer to suffer for Zara. Fair enough, He should. but when? When Zara realises something wrong is been done to her ! Zara at the moment is too smitten by Kabeer to realize that he is doing injustice to her, atleast wait for her realization.

As audience WE are told what is happening, Zara is not on the same page as the audience.
We are given a third person's view.

So at the moment Kabeer is occupied with himself and Zara is smitten but we as audience know exactly whats going on. So if the makers are building up the vibe of injustice with Zara there is surely more to come?

Dont forget its NOT our analysis that zara is being wronged. We are SHOWN she is beng wrong, so before he go with a feminist morcha .. trust the makers. !

Secondly, about Kabeer. I wonder who expected him to be a romantic? He is the same person who created a tamasha on his own Walima because of the video streaming he didnt approve off, he is the same person who sat down on the floor of a bloody restaurant to make his point about sunnat. I wonder where did we all get the vibe he is romantic? Yes he is caring and VERY protective about her, and that he is now also .. its just now Zara is safe. He himself confesses his relief to Zara . "ab hum wapis a gaye, tum is ghar main ho, mehfooz ho", now he doesnt have to guard Zara 24*7. Whatever happened in Kashmir stemmed from his duty as a husband, NOT romance ! NOT love, JUST DUTY.

So definitely now that he has a bit of relief from his duty he has stepped forward to other things in his life that need attention, AGAIN, Kabeer Ahmed believes a wife's protection is a husband's duty, NOT romancing and loving her.

He is kind to her, doesnt shout, immediately apologies if he raises his voice, shares all his vulnerabilities and problems with her, owns her infront fo everyone, but doesnt let her control because again according to him a husband and wife are NOT equal - wrong or right thats his perspective, and thats what needs to be changed.

SO everyone who thinks Zara is being wronged, i guess you all should be prepared that she will be wronged, Wronged and suffocated to tthe extent that she will throw away the blind fold of love and realize what actually did this relationship do to her and her dreams ..

So please trust the makers and instead of being overtly sensitive, please know that this is how 90% of arrange marriages work in our society .. what will happen ahead .. the moulding of both characters will be our fairy tale .. bcz again in those 90% marriages no body changes and only the woman spends her life compromising!

Very true..and nice analysis..
We are just going with the flow of the show..
If its nice we are happy , if its not we show our frustrations here..
We all know at the end it will be happily ever after that is for sure..and kabeer ofcourse will fall in love with zara and become joru ka ghulaam someday..😳
Zara will be empowering women in the whole lucknow and kabeer will be her support..but that is all to be in the future.. For now we all are going with each episode and expressing opinions like how we were excited about kashmir track ..now we are sad about the kabeer's choti soch track..
Its just connecting with the show ..

I think a lot of people do realize this whole setup is for the story and eventual separation, but just like we spent pages and pages fangirling over the good bits we got in Kashmir, we can also spend pages and pages sharing our thoughts on what we perceive to be going wrong. I don't know about others, but for me, it is how quickly Kabeer's character transitioned from giving Zara soft looks and a modem of respect to literally...nothing. He has been treating her like a non-entity this past week. THAT has been the problem. NOT his nazariya. We all knew going into this show what he was going to be like.

I don't think anyone ever said Kabeer was a romantic or expects him to be that way so soon, but even when they were not in Kashmir, even during their marriage and before, he looked at her with some warmth. Now he treats her with coldness and indifference. It's fine if they justify that with the fact that he got busy with his new duties etc. but at least make the transition BELIEVABLE. That has been my biggest complaint.

Sure the walima drama of his was OTT, but I'd have never thought he would rip up and throw Zara's hard work in the trash. Not before marriage, and certainly not when she is his WIFE.

No one is doing feminist morcha either. If women aren't shocked at Kabeer's behavior towards his wife, that to me is a cause for concern. It's not even about feminism as much as it is about treating another human being, your PARTNER, with some respect.

And I disagree with you that he did everything in Kashmir out of duty. It was obvious to me he was falling more for her, than she was for him, until the Siraj kidnapping fiasco. I mean he cried and hugged and kissed her chunni when he was missing her, he told his father this isn't just about izzat and whatnot anymore, he was going to get his wife back, he blatantly said that to his Abbu. To me, that is more than just duty. Guess we're just gonna have to agree to disagree here.

Islam teaches equality does it not? At least that's what I have heard. So how is it he believes men and women aren't equal when he's a maulvi lmao? I hope you see where I'm going with this. It is not people hating on Kabeer, he's a fictional character. People have complaints regarding how CVs have transitioned his character this week. That's all.

I don't think anyone is being overly sensitive. If we can fangirl like crazy when the times are good, people have a right to speak up when things aren't so. At least, that's what constitutes a discussion forum in my eyes.

Again, we all knew his nazariya wasn't going to be agreeable, we all knew his journey would be one of change, and we look forward to it. It is the way they have abruptly transitioned his character and actions this week, which has been jarring.

Peace!

About Kabeer's actions... I am not sure if it's just Kabeer. I think Kabeer had always been like this. In Kashmir, he said he wanted to be friends with Zaara and didn't wanna argue, so that he could tour the city as he also like travelling. Now he's back to his old self, the difference is Zaara hasn't gone back to her previous self. Now, Kabeer says whatever he wants and Zaara isn't stopping him with her perceptive. She's not fighting back/debating/arguing, so he just keeps putting his views on her. It's interesting to see how long it'll go before Zaara comes out of this stupor.
But I get your POV too. Suddenly, Kabeer has started looking very cold towards Zaara. And yeah it's possible, it could be Kabeer big time too, who has become a little colder.
And like Fantasia said Kabeer might have doing nice things out of duty this whole time. We'll never know until he says it.
I guess you are right, it depends on our perceptive. This is just mine. I won't stick to just one view honestly. It can be anything.
Being open to different views here 😆 - I'll say it's the best idea, but that's my biased opinion again. 😆
And usually, it's never black or white, it's gray...
I don't know, whatever.
