One more thing I wanted to say. Though thakur was obnoxiously adamant about not opening the doors, his unwavering faith paid off in the end. His idea of mass prayer made Indur open the doors and the rest is history.
The only character which grew was that of Lakhanpal. The person who will do any unethical thing for Thakur suddenly found courage to ask Thakur to open the doors again and again. His faith is not that blind. He is quite practical and with more common sense than thakur.

Gauri proved to be a very confused soul at the end.

Rationally speaking, Rahul was not that wrong. But in the context of the story, he was proved wrong.

Indur was so foolish and arrogant that he thought he could kill god with a bullet.

Rudra's and Shambhu baba's characters were beautifuly created and executed.

And finally thakur has KB's support and Shakti cant do any harm. Namrata also failed to eliminate him.

Police station is not the place for shivlings.

The story began with the death of Indur and the story ended with his death.
I hope Yashpal survives as he is one of my favourite characters though inefficient. And he marries Preeti and takes care of that family.

Lakhanpal can marry Soumya.

So a sort of closure.

The ending gave the audience a chance to think instead of making everything clear.
The real world is also with so many riddles unexplained.

Indeed Thakur and Gauri strong faith proved fruitful
KB answered their prayers and came to help them
Lakhan really changed a lot at the end
Gauri was strong in her faith till the end
Inder really had thought that he was God
Namrata was lucky that she died in a temple

I think Yashpal will survive
as he too was trying to restore the shiv lings
he can make a good pair with Preeti
