The Episode starts with the supposed last days at school and Shanti ma'am. Munna asks Shanti teacher if she is a future teller and asks if she could say what would happen in his future. Shanti teasks asks him to sit decides to do an activity in class with all the students writing letters to their friends thinking that they are in future.
Naina VO says that at that time Shanti teacher didn't know that emails, voicemails and video cards would have replaced postcards in future. She says back then they were excited to write postcards much more than she was while making her first video call (OK sorry and I know many would hate me for this. But I really don't like the VO making everything of those days and great and all the advancements of today as unexciting.I have spent my childhood in nineties and in similar era and enjoyed writing postcards, but that doesnt mean that I can not enjoy a video call which makes me feel that I am standing next to parents while being 1000+kms far.😡😡 Anyway).
After some time Shanti teacher asks all to read out their postcards. She first asks Kamya Kamya says dear Naina, I want to say that I have become a heroine in the film and hero is Salman Khan. Swati's turn is next and she has also written to Naina, she reads that she saw a teleserial Udaan and she was inspired from that teleserial and became IPS officer like Kalyani Singh, and caught two lafangas Munna and Pandit on being posted at Ahmedabad.
Pandit says it is my turn now, and addresses his letter for Munna, and says My dead Munna cum chainu. Munna tries to stop him by putting his hand on his mouth but Shanti teacher stops him. Pandit continues and says that I have become Police commissioner of Ahmedabad and new constable came in our Police station, whose name is frock wala pandit alias Swati. Shanti teacher says frock wala pandit. And says wo frock waala Pandit is asli pandit ko salaam thokta hai" Everyone laugh
Shanti teacher asks Munna to read his letter stating that he must have addressed it to his best friend Pandit. Pandit says as my best friend the real Pandit, Munna says he definitely wouldn't write him without adding adjectives like Ponga etc. Munna says I know that all my friends have become something, actor, police officer, but I couldn't become anything as my family made me sit in shop and never asked me what I want to become. now I am handling my store." Everyone get emotional. (Hats off to this actor - he showed that if you have talent, you dont need massive Screen space to make viewers fall for you) Shanti teacher consoles him and asks him to talk to his parents what he wants to become and says a person gets successful if he does the work of his choice.
Next Naina's turn comes. Naina has written her letter to Shanti teacher. She says she has become a good writer . She says you are my inspiration and I will write letter to you often and as it is she knows that Naina is good at writing letters. Shanti teacher smiles and wishes them to become what they wanted. She says that in a few days a new phase will start in their lives which would be their college days. Naina's voiceover tells that those last days of school was precious, everyone had a lot of dreams and nostalgia in their eyes and they didn't know if their wishes will come true, as there was not much options back them. For guys it was Doctor/Engineer and for girls it was Teaching or Bank Jobs, in such a situation a dream of becoming a writer was something great. It says that my chapter in school was going to end, and my new chapter with Sameer starts.
Naina is on the roads and thinking about Sameer avoiding her. She sees the bike of Sameer and enters the cassette store. Sameer in standing there. She asks shop keeper to give the film cassettes and takes film names. Sameer also tells films name. She says you are pathar ke phool and pathar ke sanam. Ishq Ishq Ishq plays...mere jeevan saathi...It was her imagination (as Manisha pointed out she actually had a dream of Josh cassette being released 8 years back). Swati asks did you see dream and saw jijaji in cassette shop. Naina asks how did she know? Swati shows her table where she had disturbed all the audio cassettes. She says that she knows that Naina misses Sameer a lot, but Sameer has forgotten her asks her to forget him as well. She says he didn't come, as he don't care for you, his love is not for marriage. Naina says my Sameer is not like that. Swati says your Sameer will come for sure to meet you. Naina gets happy and hugs her (I dont know but it seemed either this scene was not edited properly or it had some other dialouges which were replaced by the ones we had in the episode). Naina's voiceover tells that Sameer was going to come to fulfill's Swati's words.
Arjun tries to repair his scooter. Shefali comes out and washes his cycle. Arjun asks if she is washing her cycle. Shefali says doing yoga. Arjun says that he asked because it wasnt the time to wash the cycles. Arjun says he was trying to get tyre out of scooter to get punctured repaired. Shefali asks him to move and takes out tyre from his scooter. Arjun says I will go and get punctured repaired. Shefali asks him to tell if he felt jealous. He says he had pakodas and was feeling burning sensation in his chest. Shefali says you felt jealous seeing me with my cousin. Before he could answer, he hears Rakesh's voice asking him to go, and goes away from there.(I liked this scene yesterday, its sorry to see the posts on IF )
Sameer is practicing for the radio show and the script is about love. He stops suddenly recalling Dadi's words. Vishaka and Deepika plays carom board. Vishaka asks Rohan to switch on radio and says she would like to hear Sameer's program. She says that they dont get to meet Sameer in person, but could at least hear his voice. Dadi says this game is good, and asks not switch on radio but Bobby says let her hear the programme. Peerty tries to cheer up Naina and asks ger to come to listen Sameer's program. Sameer says if a beautiful feeling in this world is love, which binds two people. He says everything seems to be ours, then in next moment it seems to be of someone else. Sometimes I feel that I am winning, and sometimes I am feeling like losing everything, I am in sleep, then also awake, truth is that I am running away from myself. Amrita knocks on his door and signs what happened. Sameer gets teary eyes and says I can't tell much, this is enough for today. Naina, Preeti, and Vishaka get worried.
Sameer's voiceover tells that Naina and Maa had understood his emotions. Preeti says it seems like he was missing you. Naina says something is wrong for sure and says that's why roses are not blossoming on the plant. Preeti jokes. Naina asks her to get letters from her cupboards and asks her to see carefully. She says it is just name sake letter, it is like formal letter, previously he used to write 3-4 pages letter. She says when I call him, he couldn't call and he don't call me. Swati says let him come here, I will question him. Naina says hearts are distancing with cities distance. Preeti hugs her.

Vishaka tells Sameer that she can't see tears in his eyes and that's why sending him to Ahmedabad. Naina tells Preeti that flower blossomed on the plant.
