Video Mixes - a copyright infringement?

One of my mixes "In Lamhon ke Daaman Mein" got deteled from Youtube because the British Phonographic ltd. claimed a copyright infringement. Now i am clueless as to why this particular mix got deleted. Anyone who has watched it can give me a clue please. I am very upset.😭😭😭 There are so many video mixes on Youtube. Or was it the song that was the problem. But why???? I don't get it. Anyone else have a clue? Plz let me know.

Oh...thats really weird 😕. I really liked that mix of yours.
May be the song was the problem....or it could be that someone reported about the song usage ? But if that is the case there are so many videos in youtube that uses songs from latest movies.

How could a british phornographic ltd claim infringement...This is a hindi song for heaven sakes...how could they claim something like that...

😭 😭 But that is a legitimate organization. Can someone just use that name and do that? BUt why that mix? 😭 😭 😭 They i think can should only worry about production of companies under them (ie. British productions). If its some evil person trying to cause trouble...why would they do that? Why would that particular mix be offensive to anyone?

yes apparently UTV motion pictures holds the right for songs of Jodha Akbar and i think they may have a link to British Phonographic Industry Ltd. And i think the "in lamhon ke" song was cut from the distributed version of the movie and that may also have something to do with this. As i don't see other videos with songs from that movie being targeted. 😭 😭 😭 BUt that was such a nice mix. 😭 😭 😭

you have to be careful w/ vid mixes and youtube, my previous account got deleted from apparent infrig. problems...try privating the vid for a couple weeks to avoid quick detection after that, it should be okay

I was going to take my videos outside Youtube actually. But then i can't post them here like we can do with Youtube videos. Hmm.so i'll try privating the video...but can everyone here watch it then?
