I think too some third person...

Because the person was taking the diary out of the hidden place, the mysterious room had pictures of Hooda family and I don't think Hooda family is that bad...

Yes they all look suspicious, but no they can't do such a thing to hurt their own blood ( Aditya )...

Seems like koi ek purana enemy hai maybe Papa Hooda's past affair...

Zaroor kala coat wala hoga, uske do white gloves haath the aur black coat bhi...

He/she/it has also committed the murder...
