As Zoya will be admitted in hospital Noor & ADI r there so Arjun 2 would be there.

I wonder if makers really want Arjun and Noor to find out about each other's real identities very soon or not

Noor left from office before Arjun arrived

Noor didn't go to the party where ArNoor could have met

Let's see if they will meet in hospital or not

I wonder if they will start liking each other without knowing their real identities

P.s. - Let's hope makers will not show Arjun as a baddie
