This post is not directly about KKB just for opening a general discussion.

Read a post on IF so reproducing an important para below..felt like sharing it as reason given was so unexpected. 🤗

How many current age daily TV soap makers/creatives/writers/directors regularly make effort and look at their episodic content and plot lines critically beyond biz revenues, weekly TRPs or cast & crew issues? 😕

It makes one wonder how many times other production houses like BT could have possibly responded proactively like this about a top running soap?

Aatish of Hats off productions responded to why did the makers actually pull Instant Khichdi off-air earlier on Star one so soon.

He said, "Contrary to everyone's belief, we did not pull the show off-air due to low ratings. Infact, we went to the channel and asked them to shut it down. The channel was shocked when we said we want to shut Instant Khichdi down. It was actually the number 2 show on Star One, and yet we wanted to shut it. But, that was because I came to know that I am repeating myself at so many instances, I am presenting the same gags, just in a recycled manner. And not that, we had around 5 shows running on-air, we had only 2 shows at that time, but we told them still, we want to shut it down. They respected us and did so." 👍🏼
