Recipe for Koyla (Charcoal)Chicken

Hi there People,

Please please help me find the recipe for Koyla chicken, this is Sanjeev Kapoor's recipe I had once seen on television years ago. I want to make this dish, but am quite clueless as to how to go about it. Can anyone help me please????? It involvd putting a burning piece pf charcoal in to the dish to get the smokey smell but I'm not quite confident doing so. Please help.......
