Raman was sitting waiting for ishita being shifted to her room impatiently. It took them half an hour to shift ishita to private room and attach all the machines to her. After completing the work, Raman was finally allowed to see her, meet her. He got up from his place and slowly walked to her room. He walked in and saw her laying lifelessly on the bed while many machines were attached to her body. He closed his eyes in sheer pain not able to see her like this and all he could see was her smiling face and hear her sweet voice saying ,I love u raman, aap mere Raman hai naa.
He opened his eyes and walked to her .he sat beside her and said holding her hand -aisa kyun kiya bachcha, aisi kya kami thi mere pyaar mein, meri care mein that u did so. Tu soch bhi nahi sakti mujhe Kitni takleef ho rahi hai tujhe iss tarah dekh kar. Why u did this jaan, why u did this, kyun aisa kiya tune bachcha, aakhir kyun. He said and cried holding her hand tight. He was crying bitterly just looking at her while all the helps were crying too seeing their rude and stern boss crying like a baby for ishita.
Raman -har baar jab main dukhi hota tha tum mujhe console karti thi, mujhe gale lagaati thi, mujhe kiss karti thi, mere aansu pochti thi toh aaj kyun aisa nahi kar rahi ishita, why u r not getting up to console ur raman, see ur raman is crying ishita, ur raman is crying for u, please get up bachcha and hug me tight. I am so alone without u bachcha, I am just so alone. He said crying and kept his head on her hand sobbing continuously.
On the other hand, cops cams in the hospital and start interrogating the helps ,they took ishita's phone in their custody hearing everything from laajo chachi.
Two hours passed like this, Raman was sitting next to ishita waiting for her to gain consciousness when cops walked in.
Raman look at them and said -kuch pata chala inspector that why ishita took such huge step.
Ins-yes, we got to know, she was being provoked. Kisi ne unhe yeh karne majbur kiya hai.
Raman -provoke kiya??kisi ne meri ishita ko aisa karne ke liye provoke kiya, kisne, just tell me his or her name, I will not spare them for hurting my innocent wife. He said angry when inspector said -aapne.
Raman -kya??
Ins-haan, aapne apni biwi ko uksaya hai yeh step uthane ko, aapki wajah se aapki biwi ko yeh haalat hai.
Raman got angry hearing this and said -aapka dimaag toh nahi kharab ho gaya, Main apni ishita ko takleef pahunchaunga.
Ins-dont try to be smart, we get to know everything about u, u got married to her by mistake aur jab aapko pata chala that that she is mad, u left her in the hospital itself. Aur itna hi nahi, tumhare dusri ladki ke saath relationship bhi the, which provoked ur wife to commit suicide. So we r here to arrest to for provoking ur wife to attempt suicide. He said making Raman shocked beyond words.
Raman got up angrily hearing this and said -dimaag kharab ho gaya hai tumhara, kya bakwaas lagaa rakhi hai.
Ins-yeh bakwaas nahi hai, it's the truth. Kya yeh sach nahi hai that u got married to her by mistake and u left her here in this hospital only after knowing about her mental illness.
Raman -Haan yeh sach hai that I got married to her without knowing her mental condition and later was angry after knowing her mental illness, yeh bhi sach hai that I left her in the hospital but Iska matlab yeh nahi hai that I provoke her to kill herself. Woh waqt aur tha, Main gussa tha isse but now, now we have come a long way. Ab ishita sirf meri biwi nahi hai, woh jaan hai meri, I love her alot. Bahut pyaar karta hoon main usse, yes I couldn't tell her this till now,coz I myself hasn't realised it yet but seeing her in this condition, I can finally realise that how much I love her, yes I love her alot, apni jaan se bhi jyada pyaar karta hoon main apni ishita se, how can u even think that I can ever provoke her to kill herself.
Ins-please bandh kijiye apna drama, I know u were in relationship with another girl, and that's why ur wife commit suicide.
Raman got angry hearing this and said -raman bhalla drama nahi karta, aur naa hi usse kisi ka darr hai joh kuch chupaye, agar mera rishta kisi aur se hota toh duniya ki koi taqat mujhe majbur nahi kar sakti thi ishita se rishta rakhne ko. Aur ab jab main usse pyaar karta hoon, I don't care a damn to make u believe.
Ins-aapko hamare saath police station chalna hoga.
Raman -dum hai toh choo kar dikhao. I am raman bhalla, yahin khade khade vardi utarwa dunga.
Inspector got scared hearing this and said -please sir,cooperate.agar aapne kuch nahi kiya toh don't u want the culprit to come in light.
Raman -chahta hoon, bahut jyada chahta hoon, uss insaan ki gardan todna who did this to my wife and that's why I called u here, but in place of searching that culprit u r accusing me for provoking ishita. Tum soch bhi nahi sakte inspector, ki meri biwi mere liye kya hai. Meri saansein judi hai usse, agar usse kuch ho gaya naa main jee nahi paaunga, aur kisi ko bhi jeene nahi dunga. If I am good then I am good but if I am not, I am worse. I will not spare anyone. He said in anger.
Ins-ok sir, we will start our investigation again. Saying so he was going when Raman said -one minute, show me the proof u got upon which u were arresting me.
Ins-sorry sir, I can't show u the evidence.
Raman -i am not asking u inspector, I am telling u. Show me the proof, he said in a stern voice making inspector shiver in fear. He nodded and walked to raman. He took out Ishita's mobile and showed him the pic where shagun was hugging Raman from back while he was smiling.
Raman look at the pic and realised it was when she hugged him from back and he thought her to be ishita.
Raman -yeh pic ishita ke phone mein, kaise??
Ins-someone has sent it on what's app.
Raman -whats app?? Maine toh install nahi kiya tha whats app ishita ke phone par.
Ins-its installed and even she was getting message from a private number.
Raman -kya messages hai??
Ins-all r deleted, only this pic was available.
Raman -it means somebody was playing with her mind, he said and then something clicked his mind.
Raman -and I know very well, who is she, Shagun, u r gone. Galat panga le liya tumne. U went too far this time Shagun. He said and went out telling the doctor to take care of ishita while cops too went behind him in their SUV.
Raman reached Shagun's office and saw her busy in the work. He get in angrily and she smiled seeing him.
Raman -u did all this naa, tumne liya hai naa yeh sab??he roared in anger while she smirked and said -kya raman.
Raman -dont try to play innocent, I know u did this, tumne meri ishita ko hurt kiya hai.
Shagun-omg raman, itna pyaar,meri ishita. Kabhi issi junoon se meri Shagun bhi keh diya karo. She said touching his cheek to which he just shrugged her hand and said -bandh karo apni bakwaas and tell me u did all this naa.
Shagun-ofcourse raman, I did all this. Maine hi woh pic tumhari pagal biwi ko bheji thi, and told her that u don't love her but u love me and she could feel it seeing ur genuine smile. She said making Raman shocked.
Shagun -poor girl, was crying and telling, aisa nahi hai mere Raman mujhe bahut pyaar karte hai, she said mimicking ishita.
Shagun -but I made her believe that u love me, coz there is something that she can never give u, kyunki woh pagal hai naa. Yes I am the one who make her believe that she can never make u happy as she is not compatible to u, aur tum uske saath kabhi khush nahi rahoge and that's why she should end her life. Aur woh bewakoof ladki, she believed me and jumped over the terrace but sadly she didn't died, u know raman tumhe aur unnchi building banwani chahiye thi, taaki woh Ek baar mein hi mar jaati, ab dekho kaise tadap rahi hai. She said smiling when he pinned her to wall in anger and said clutching her neck -how dare u, Shagun, how dare u play with her emotions, how dare u played with her love for me. Usse chot pahunchane ki himmat kaise hui tumhari ,bahut shauq hai naa dusron ko takleef de kar khush hone ki. Now I will also do the same, will kill u and merry over ur death. He said clutching her neck in anger.
Shagun tried to release herself but his hold was getting firmer.
Shagun -chodo mujhe raman, mujhe maar kar lya milega, ishita toh mar hi rahi hai, tumhe bhi jail ho jayegi.
Raman -tum uski fikar mat Karo kyunki aoni ishita ko toh main bacha hi lunga, tum bas yeh soch ki tumhe mujhse kaun bachayega. He said clutching her neck more tightly while she was struggling to get out of his hold.
