If she were really so concerned about kids she should have atleast used a different name when she joined bollywood.

Nobody is judging her for what she did in the past. However now that she is mainstream - she is exposed to lots of impressionable young kids.

Angelina jolie, Madonna and others have adopted dark skinned children

Didn't know it was such a noble cause or sacrifice

The thinking seems to be what's the point of adopting at all if you don't adopt a child that looks drastically different... Constant reminder to the world and the child of your good deed, makes great photo op (like the one Sunny has posted that's melting everybody's heart) and bonus the child gets better life too
