Hi pplz, since CVs aparently didnt justify the actions of Vivaan, let me try to justify them. Here goes my blabber😆
Why Vivaan came to India?
He came to India for Amaya. She was distressed, depressed over her mother and badly wanted to come to India for her emotional satisfaction. Vivaan obliged her, in-spite of hating India. All he wanted was to get hold of his mother, show Amaya the true color of his mother so that she can move on.
In reality even he wanted a closure on this.
So, when he came to know that she is dead, all he wanted was to run away. He did nt wanted anymore truths any more heartache!
Nature of Vivaan
Vivaan is introvert in nature. He does not interact much with people, but pure and honest at heart!
He is furiously protective about his sister. He was the one who has cared for her since their mother left, he has a fatherly love towards her. On a side note, basically Vivaan is caring in nature. Though he does not show.
His past actions also showed he is not very open about his actions. He likes to work discreetly.
Be it getting Kangaan raaz, paying for Meera's engagement ring, draping Meera a cape etc.
Even cancelling the deal. I doubt, Meera knows that he actually cancelled the deal. Since Vivaan is not a show off person, he does what he feels he should do.
The curious case of Chip
Vivaan when saw Meera in the airport, he himself must had a strange feeling. His past hour restlessness to leave suddenly vanished, but he wanted a reason to stay back also. Meera gave him the reason. He came to know, his mother is alive.
But after coming he encountered two things,
One- Meera is marrying because of her parents
Two - the filthy tape,
The tape revelation will not only lead to marriage cancellation but also strike a big blow on Meera's family reputation, Silky's reputation etc.
Ideally he should have given the tape to Meera and let her decide. But he knew, all Meera wanted was to get married. This tape will make everythng worse, destroy the sisterly equation and everythng. Because he knew, for Meera her family is everything.
So he decided to talk to Sumer. He wanted him to cancel the marriage, because in no way he wanted Meera to get married to Sumer.
By his nature of protectiveness, he is simply being very protective about Meera now.
What he does not know, that he has started feeling for Meera from long back.
His outer shell of anger simply sheds when he is with Meera. Also, he never has any idea about actual nature of Sumer. Sumer is like a snake, who bites behind back.
He judged Sumer very wrongly. A person who can get cozy with fiance's cousin without any remorse is a worst creature. Again, I feel since Vivaan never interacted much with people, he failed to judge Sumer. All he knows is business and business deals.
So he himself decided that Sumer & Silky will be true to their words, and will go ahead and talk to Meera.
Vivaan's Feelings
Vivaan definitely has feelings for Meera. It is very much apparent in his past actions. Now, since he has become protective about Meera, he wll do whatever he can to protect her, given the situation.
Remember tearing of the deal papers. He could have overlooked and forget as deal was signed, and there was no way Dimitri wll meet Meera again, but yet he chose to cancel the deal. He did nt mind creating a enemy.
