Ishra eyes got filled with the mere thought of separation from their kids. Adiru saw it and said wiping it.
Adiru-Budhu aise rote nhi. Aap hi to kahte ho ki bhagwan ji bachchon ki bat jaroor sunte hai. To hamari prayer bhi vo jaroor sunenge.
They said and Adi hugged Ishita while Ruhi hugged Raman by their neck kissing their cheeks once again. All smiled with teary eyes while Ishita too hugged them tight like saving them from the upcoming storm. After sometime Ishra composed themselves and Rinki and Mihika took the kids inside. They discussed for some more time and then Neil left from there promising to find out about Shabbu. Day passed somehow as all were trying to get busy through their work but all were worried while Adiru were happy in their own unknown to all. At night after dinner Raman was trying to do some work but was disturbed. He went to window and stood there looking nowhere. That's when he saw Ishita sitting in her room as her balcony was open. Amma came with her dinner but she denied and Amma went keeping plate there only. He went to Iyer house where he saw Mr and Mrs Iyer sitting in hall worried. He came and they asked him to come inside while he just said that he came to talk to Ishita and told them not to worry as he will make her understand, He was going but stopped thinking something and then took their permission. They got happy with his gesture and happily gave him permission and also told that he doesn't need their permission to com their like earlier.
Raman entered into Ishita's room and saw her lost with teary eyes in laptop. He came forward and saw she was watching different videos of Adi. He tapped on her shoulder and took her laptop aside. He put her dinner plate in front of her sitting beside her and said forwarding a spoon of rice towards her to feed her.
R-You are no more a small kid Ishita. Infact you have a small kid and now you are a successful businesswoman. Don't think that Amma will come to feed you.
He tried to change her mood but knew well it will not help. Ishita looked at him while he asked her to open the mouth. She denied.
R-Come on Ishita, I can understand your problem but this is not the solution to our problem. Khana na khane se sab thik nhi hoga.
I(crying)-Raman, I can't lose my Adi.
R-And what do you think, I can lose my Ruhi. I also love my daughter Ishita. I know it's not easy but please be strong. You have to control your emotions. Socho Adi ko kaisa lagega tumhe aise dekh kar. Kya explain karogi tum usse ki kyu pareshan ho tum itni. Please Ishita, I told you na we wil not let anyone snatch our happiness. Be strong for your son.
He said holding her hand assuring her while she nodded her head wiping her tears and made herself strong to face the upcoming problems like always.

R-Hat pagli, rulayegi kya. Tere thank you ke liye thodi apna time waste karne aaya hu. In case you forgot then I'm here to remind you that now our friendship is back so why to worry when our friendship is with us. Now give me a wide smile like my princess.
He said giving her a side hug and asked her to have her dinner as he wanted to talk to her. Vandu heard their conversation who came to make Ishita relax and went from there without disturbing them. She informed her parents that Ishita is fine now and went to her house. While coming back to Ishra, Ishita had her dinner along with little chit chat and then sat to share about their life after separation.
Flashback: - After completing their studies, all settled in their career, only Mihika and Rinki were studying. Bandu (Bala and Vandu) were married and living on rented flat a little far from Iyers and Bhallas. Ishra parents wanted to get them married so their mothers started finding alliance for them. They found Shagun and subbu for Raman and Ishita respectively in one month and soon they got married within six months. Shagun had only her mother while Subbu had his parents along with one elder married sister. Initially everything was going smoothly and Ishra were happy with their life. Shagun and Subbu were already not so comfortable with Ishra close friendship. They had arguments many times over it. Ishita and Mihir were working together in their restaurant while Raman and Bala were working together in their separate restaurant but they had to meet for each other's help in their work and even Subbu and Shagun were working in same company. Shabbu used to be always busy with their work to get success which was their biggest problem so whenever Ishra tried to spend time with them they always ended up with talking to each other over phone only as Shabbu always said they are busy. Shabbu were not so money minded but they want to be successful and want to live a life without any compromise as they lived a simple life till now. After half a year of their marriage, first Shagun and then Ishita, both got pregnant. Shabbu were not so happy with it as they didn't want baby now and those days they were waiting for their promotion along with which they could get the opportunity to join new branch of their company in foreign but seeing their families' happiness they remained silent. Time was passing, Shabbu were trying to get promotion forgetting about their family, they even attend Vandu's baby shower and then the naming ceremony of Bandu's baby after much insistence of Ishra. Raman had a heated argument with Shagun. Ishra were feeling guilty for their behaviour. It was the day of Ishita's appointment with doctor in evening. Ishita was at her restaurant and called Subbu at lunch time to remind him but he denied saying he can't come with her. She was hurt as he never cared for her and their baby. She also craved for his care like she had seen Bala and Raman taking care of their wives. She was going alone but Raman saw her sad so he accompanied her and then dropped her. Shabbu got to know this and got angry on Ishra. Both couples had a big fight over it. Ishra tried to explain them but they were not ready to understand. Ishita was so hurt and couldn't handle all this, she fainted. Subbu's parents scolded him for his behaviour. Soon all got to know about everything happened and got worried more as they could see differences in both couples from many days. Raman called Ishita to know about her health and apologize, Ishra decided not to meet for some days but Shabbu again create scene over it and finally asked them to choose one out of their husband/wife and their best friend in 24 hours. Ishita went to Iyer house all hurt while Raman was also angry on shagun but he didn't say anything to her thinking of their baby. At night Raman came back to home late and Ishita was sitting outside her house all sad. She saw him and went to him and said not meeting his eyes,
I-I had decided something for me and you both and I hope this time also you will choose same like always.
R(sadly)-Ab choose karne ke liye bacha kya..
Both pairs of eyes got filled while he continued wiping his tears,
R-Don't worry, maine bhi vhi decide kiya hai jo tune kiya hai.
Both looked at each other and said together,
Ishra-Ab hum kabhi ek dusre se nhi milenge chahe kuch bhi ho jaaye. Koi bhi situation ho, hum ek dusre se nhi milenge.
Till they completed, their eyes were full of tears. They were interrupted by Subbu and Shagun who came there and told them to promise to each other and take a vow not to meet each other. Subbu's parents asked Subbu to stop there but he didn't listen to them. Ishra got angry as their partners don't trust on them but composed themselves as everyone was there, Iyers, Bhallas, Subbu's parents and Shagun's mother also. They thought not to stretch the matter and said looking at each other with all sadness and hurt,
Ishra-Hum kasam hate hai ki ab hum khud se kabhi nhi milenge.
R-I swear on my princess that I will never try to talk or meet her, till god will make it possible.

Saying both turned to go but stopped and hugged last time and cried and after few minutes, both went inside their house without hearing anyone. Subbu tried to talk to Ishita to take her back but she didn't meet him and said that she will come next day by herself. From next day, Ishra stopped their meeting and phone calls also. Even Bhallas and Iyers also decided not to meet to stop any type of conflicts but it was so hard to live without talking to each other. Iyers decided to shift to Chennai as Mr Iyer was retired and Mihika's graduation also completed. Only Bandu and Abhi were left in Delhi due to their work. Seniors Bhallas were also not feeling to stay in Delhi but they stayed due to Shagun's pregnancy.
Few months passed somehow. Abhi also shifted to Chennai. Ishra's relationship with their partners was deteriorating day by day instead of improving. One day, Subbu's parents had to go to their native place for some big issue for many days and Ishita too went to Chennai as she knew Subbu will not take care of her as he is always busy with his so called work. She stayed in Chennai till her delivery due to her health issues. While at the other side, Raman always tried to take proper care of Shagun and baby but she was always careless resulting in complications in her pregnancy. Soon Shagun's delivery date was nearby. One day, Shabbu were talking over call about some office work when suddenly she got labour pain. Mr and Mrs Bhalla took her to hospital calling Raman also while Subbu also went to hospital hearing her. It was evening time, Ishita thought to call Subbu as usual because always she use to call him. She tried but he didn't pick her calls as he was driving. He reached at hospital and picked her call and shouted at her not to call him again and again. Ishita was so much hurt with his increasing rude behaviour day by day. She was lost while tears were flowing from her eyes and she didn't noticed when she slipped over something and fall down hurting her and her baby. She cried in pain alerting her parents and Mihika. They took her to hospital and Mihika called Abhi. Doctor informed them that they need to do her delivery and soon the process started. Soon Iyers informed Subbu and his parents and Bandu about her condition. Due to some weather problems they could get the tickets for next day only. That day Shagun gave birth to a baby girl while Ishita gave birth to a baby boy. Ishita's baby was premature. Raman was happy and thought may be Shagun's behaviour will change now at least. Next day, Subbu's parents and Bandu reached Chennai but Subbu didn't come stating he didn't get leave from office. Ishita was already in so much pain and now her last string of tolerance broke down. She didn't try to contact him and even told to her family too not to call him. Finally after five days he came to Chennai and gave her the news happily that he got the promotion and now he will be working in New York's branch. Ishita didn't say anything while He was just talking about his promotion forgetting about baby. Finally after 10 minutes he asked about baby. Ishita didn't talk to him. He told her that they have to shift to New York to which Ishita denied straightforward and asked him to choose one from his job and his wife and baby. He chose his job while she divorce. At other side, same happened. Shagun also got promotion along with working in New York. Raman also denied straightforward stating their baby needs her but she was adamant and without having any other option, he asked her to choose one from her job and her husband and baby. She choose her job while he chose divorce but thinking that baby needs mother Raman thought to adjust and give time to Shagun. They shifted to New York. Raman started taking care of Ruhi leaving all his work but Shagun was least interested. Raman got to know that Ishita got divorced to Subbu who was now working in New York only. After six months of adjustment when he couldn't tolerate more, he too got separated from Shagun. Ishra had their baby's custody also. Soon they separated and Shabbu started living in New York while Bhallas along with Mihir shifted to Chandigarh and Bandu also shifted to Chennai. In last six years, Shabbu were working together and got success too which they wanted. Both fall in love with each other and now married from last two years. While Iyers and Bhallas maintained distance between them due to Ishra promise and vow but finally destiny united both families...
