There is something fishy with TRPs

The title if my post is someone's cpmmencon salil sand twitter handle. This week's PV TRP is given 0.5. How it's possible when PV was not sure last week? On another channel, the TRPs for 2-3 shows remained unchanged over the weeks. Also, the TRPs of 2 shows that went off air werd still showed for over a month after them going off air air. On Sony, the TRPs of 2-3 shows always remain unchanged from months. And on one more channel, almost every show has TRPs remain unchanged from months. I am feeling this salil sand guy as fishy.
