"Will wait for sometime more...you can go now or if wanna wait than..

"No I will go now..thanks ..he smiled and she left..he told her that he will call her about next meeting.

Two days passed and than Sultan came to meet Rk..

"Hello ..Mr.Sultan ..right !! So you are Sultan ..Madhubala's husband ..but why didn't you came that day ..we could have discussed together na ..

"Hi ..Thanks for appointment ..i was held up so could not came ..plus I wanted to talk alone so ..

"Pls be seated ..see why you alone ? councilor suppose to talk with couple right !!

Rk was observing him very minutely ..he too was suspicious about him but you never know who is right or wrong between a couple unless you go deep and try to find out as both will keep their POV and both will try to prove them right ..

"Ok we will meet in court than ..and remember ..next time in front of me ..don't dare to badmouth about Madhubala and infact about any women.. "he pointed out finger on him ..

He left and left so many ques too as to why Madhu wants divorce ..this Sultan is hiding something and now on personal level he has to do something ..he already have done in few cases before too..he wanted to talk to Madhu again as well.

Rk arranged another meeting with Madhu and discussed all aspects about Sultan..he also asked whether there is anything which she is hiding or she is unaware before but now knows or if she remember any strange thing about Sultan so that he can suspect about ..he is finding something fishy and Sultan is not ready to give any details but he wants to live with her but without any attachment it seems ..like he wants Madhu for something else other than to be in marriage..he don't want marriage it seems but there is something which is forcing him to be in this marriage..

Madhu said ..she wants divorce at any cost ..she knows ..she will get nothing even if she will compromise with him ..he is impossible ..

Rk said ..without giving one chance ..how can she say this ..as in eyes of law ..if they both agree to divorce each other than they will get divorce more easily but he is not ready so she had to prove that he is not the kind of man with which she can live or she has to give a chance more ..than can prove anything..there are easy as well as difficult ways both ..now she have to decide..

Madhu said ..she will look into this and thought ..she will tell him..in the flow of talks Rk also said how rude Sultan was with him and what he said ..though he was avoiding saying that ..Madhu was shocked to hear this ..

"Rk really he said that? I mean he has no right to comment on your personal life and even when you are our councilor ..i am sorry..

"Don't be ..i was not telling you but ..

"No he is wrong ..and he is so strange like this only ..sometimes he respects somebody a lot and sometimes he fumes and throw venom on other person and insult that person ..i am ashamed ..

"Ok leave it ..now my past is past ..the thing is to focus on your case and I genuinely feel that if a relationship has chance to flourish again than its too good and they should give one chance atleast ..

But in your case ..hmm..its diff..

"So the cases comes to you ..are mostly the chances ones or gone cases ?can I ask ?Madhu said fixing her eyes on him ..

"Not all gone cases but in some cases ..people don't want to give chance on basis of pre assumptions ..

I mean it vary from couple to couple ..some fight in front of me and I have to interfere..he laughed a lil..

She smiled too..

"So Rk did case was filed when your ..oops sorry ..i should not have asked this ..

"No no its ok ..i have told this to some other friendly clients to ..you want to know about my marriage?

No ..no case was filed as I didn't wanted divorce and she loved other man ..so she wanted and I didn't filed any case as she will not be with me in any situation as she said she don't love me and she has right to break this relationship if she is not comfortable ..she had no prob with me except that she didn't love me and I didn't filed as I loved her ..and wanted her happiness..so I mutually agreed for her happiness.

Rk said and than she said ..Oh !! I am sorry Rk..

"I said ..don't be ..and don't be so formal..we both are sailing in same boat ..i guess.

"For many I am marriage broker and for many I marriage maker ..he he ..these titles keep changing ..now see in your case what will happen..

In next few days both tried from there side ..and what they got was shocking ..

Sultan came to Meet Madhu and literally pleaded her to go with him ..when she asked that if he can give her time and space in his life like a normal housewife wants from her husband ..than he again changed tone and said ..he can't but what ever will happen ..he will not leave her..she will never be able to escape from her..

She strictly warned him that don't he dare to scare her or plead her or say in any manner to be with her..whenever she thinks..he is going to change may be than he immediately broke her trust again and again ..he has to go o/w she will call police ..he went right away but in a way taunting her so much and giving threats.Madhu told Rk everything and he too from his sources got to know that Sultan's state of mind is not good these days ..

Madhu also heard Sultan having weird behavior with neighbours ..or people around him ..and this became too much that he was sent to doctor and he told that Sultan can be go mad also ..something is fishy Rk and Madhu thought ..and soon they heard that Sultan is hospitalized and Rk told her that may be its his act to get rid of dates ..enquiry and all ..

That time Madhu went to home to took some clothes for Sultan..being his legal wife and in time of need she could not denied and Rk too said her to go ..nothing wrong in it ..whether he is fake ..but they can't ..but he also said that try to search home once ..now when she will got chance to do so ..she is helping him but its her right to check if any of the things which is needful for her ..is there..she can bring that..

Madhu tried searching and she got a folder of some imp papers ..she checked out ..they were in front of cupboard ..like Sultan need them and was about to do something with them ..

She saw and got two copies of some documents ..she brought with her ..one copy and was shocked to see what was written in that..

"Hmm so this is the matter ..

"I can't believe Rk ..he can do so ?

Rk told her ..that Sultan can do anything to keep her with him..

And that documents were being made by Madhu's MIL ..and they shows that Madhu is legal heir after her MIL ..not Sultan ..may be she didn't trusted Sultan coz of his behavior and transferred all property and money from her name to Madhu ..

Madhu said ..But she never talked about this ?

"May be she didn't got chance to do so ..but now the matter is that ..Sultan is after all money and property ..he know he can't get it so easily and he is not ready to be flexible enough to adjust with Madhu ..he is not that guy who will change and accept her as wife ..so he is not ready to give divorce ..he has nothing to do with Madhu but he wants money only and may be after sometime ..he would be saying ..ok give me divorce but don't take money and all and would ask her to sign transfer of papers from her to his name ..

"OMG!! Its very serious issue ..he can't stoop so low..Madhu sit on the chair like she was shattered to hear this ..Rk gave her a glass of water and told that he can go low..now good thing is that they know about this papers and all..they will act accordingly ..

After Sultan got discharged from hospital ..Rk again tried to arrange a meeting but he denied again ..

And made excuse that he is not properly in state of thinking about this ..now Rk determined to take some legal action as he was alright and he talked to docs also and they told Sultan was alright now..and when he was going to his new office too than what's the prob in solving the case ?

Rk was about to take action just than again a complaint came against Sultan..Madhu was living far from him that was big relief but he was the one who was not thinking before doing anything ..he fought with his new boss on some issue and he was fired again ..now Rk was taking it into double speed ..and finally he got the date and the hearing was done on that date ..

On that date Rk was meeting Madhu before hearing started ..he assured her that everything will be sorted out ..now the case was not that simple and hearing was must ..

Hearing started ..and when Rk started questioning Sultan ..Sultan was looking quite nervous..

Rk questioned him one after another and asked about all that affected Madhu and her life and that why he was not supportive at all ..Madhu also was questioned and she told everything as it was but Sultan was hiding something and it was clear ..Rk started showering of questions again..

"Mr.Sultan ..wasn't it so easy for you to have a wife at home who is looking after everything and you have to just focus on your work ? still you didn't focused on your work either nor you looked after your wife Mrs.Madhu towards whom you have some responsibilities ...right!!

"My-my work was of that nature and I have cleared ..it ..to her prev.

"Ya sure but you didn't mentioned that it will last forever ..this was not suppose to endless o/w I am sure she would not say yes to you for marriage ..

"Its her decision..i told everything ..

"I guess you didn't understand my ques Mr.Sultan ..you would not have to marry if you were not ready to be a husband..in this way you almost destroyed her life ..and now when she is demanding divorce than also you are not agreeing to it..this time voice lil higher ..

"I will not give her divorce ..till my mother was alive ..she was saying nothing but now why suddenly she has taken this decision??she is not a decent women ..

"If she is not decent women that why you not supported counciling in getting of her infact she is the one who wants to be away from you..Rk was saying with force and than Sultan also said it louder ..

"I am not that type of man who can leave my legal wife alone ..

"Wow ..i am proud of you if you say so but what are you doing for her ? you are not even giving her any expenses rather you have been dependent on her savings and earnings ..what kind of husband you are? "

"You are trapping me in your talks but I am firm on my decision ..

"For your info Mr.Sultan ..you can't just trouble Mrs.Madhu like this ..if you can't adjust with her ..you better back out and take mutual divorce..and most imp you have been troubling her since she has file for divorce ..and I have all proofs ..here..so better not act smart ..you have not motive to keep her with you ..

"I know one thing ..i will not let her live freely ..she can't go leaving me ..he was sweating ..

"How can you decide ? ther eis court to decide what is best for Mrs.Madhu and she herself will think ..you didn't supported in counciling and saying you want to be with her ..ou are not doing anything still saying you can't leave your wife like that ..now you saying you can't let her live freely ?? what is your prob??

Rk didn't let him complete ..

"I am not forcing you but you are forcing Mrs.Madhu ..and being a councilor and a lawyer too I know my job well and you are the one who accused her falsely ..blame her for no reason and if there is any prob than also you are not ready to talk about it means Mrs.Madhu is doing her duties well and she want your time ..your love ..space in your life ..isn't too big to demand!! Till your mother was alive ..she was with you and your mother but than that reason to stay there also ended ..and you were not supporting so why she would live there ??tell me??

"Answer straightly Mr. Sultan ..everyone is hearing you ..

Sultan's lawyer tried to interrupt and distract but all in vain..Sultan have to answer.

"I want money and I will get money on one condition if Madhu will be with me and so I don't want divorce..he shouted ..and there was silence after that ..Madhu was also shocked to hear it from him ..

"Now you said Mr.Sultan ..you just want Madhu like a care taker and source of money for you and your home and you want to be busy in your work..wow great policy..you are not aware of many rights and acts I guess..tell us how Madhu can give you money..not say whole truth ..tell it damn it ..''

"Sultan was all more sweating and nervous and his legs were trembling ..now he admitted ..

Than he told after judge asked him again ..that there are clauses in property papers and will made by his mom ..that Madhu is owner of everything and if she will be with him as wife than only he can use this money with her consent ..o/w not ..

"But for that ..you were not even tried to talk to Madhuji..why? you were thinking ..by your fake acts of falling ill..going mad..misbehave..not supporting this case ..will help you and Madhu will give up and end up fulfilling your wish ?? sorry to say but you were all wrong ..now its crystal clear mylord ..that he just want money without doing anything to get it and he wants Mrs. Madhubala for money only ..nothing else ..

He will never be a husband rather stranger for her and he is reason for her disturbance and prob in her life ..so pls kindly see to it and give us judgement ..Mrs.Madhu wants divorce and in this condition ..as soon as possible..

"Yes Mylord ..kindly free me from this relationship ..i am fed up from his behavior and his attitude..he is a sick person ..i request you to pls free me from this ..

Than Sultan started screaming and misbehaving ..saying he will not leave her ..and went to her and grabbed her neck and said "Madhubala ..you destroyed my plan ..I had a plan and if it would have worked ..you will be living in my house as per my conditions ..and I will be doing my experiments..but you dirty women ..you you are ..

"Leave me ..you and your experiments ..actually you experiment with people around you too..you never took care of your mother rather done emotional blackmail on her ..you never tried to give space to me..you called yourself a scientist ..no way..this is your way to get rid of responsibilities ..nothing else..none of your project was accepted ..no job you could ever done efficiently ..nothing you improved in yourself ..and now you became a total parasite who wants to feed on others only..but our judiciary system is with me and honorable Judge saheb also watching how you are desperate for money ..and I am the source ..so you are after me ..o/w if you were honest than you could have told me about the papers and all..and you could have talked to me about this ..and if it was not the case and you didn't need me ..than you could have divorced me long back..you are not the person to live with ..now court will decide ..i am sorry judge saheb but I wanted to tell him this face to face..this man made me suffered a lot..Madhu was to fuming with anger but was controlling herself ..

But Sultan again pulled Madhu and tried to grab her neck ..Rk and the police their interfere ..

"Don't use abusive language here Mr.Sultan ..you are harassing her more..yes she is right ..you are not a scientist ..you just want to experiment and play with lives ..you are sick ..mentally sick ..you are not going to invent anything rather you have lose your mental balance ..Rk and constables pull him so that he will leave Madhu.

After that incident ..court, after seeing and examine everything ..decided that divorce will be given and Madhu will be the owner of the property and all..than she can decide what she wants to do with it ..

Madhu was not expecting this ..cases run for so long ..though this was divorce case but in first hearing itself ..she didn't expected judgement due to what she heard about courts and cases ..this was really shocking but looks like Sultan's behavior didn't turned to his favor and she was honest and like always

Good won over evil ..it proved ..

Judge gave the judgement in details and Rk was listening to it carefully but Madhu was not hearing at all..the words were echoing in her mind ..Rk's words..his assurance and Judge's statement ..were mixing up ..giving her a sigh of relief ..and at the same time ..giving her strange feeling too ..as she never wanted bad of Sultan but now he was being sent to further checkups as if he is mentally fit or not ..and after that further judgement about him will be given..

Rk tried to relax her ..he knew her state ..he was also thankful to God and Judge Mittal who was known for his fast track proceedings and who was famous for this ..

Madhu thought ..she was lucky indeed to have such lawyer and judge ..in her case ..

"Still worried na !! I know you girls ..ladies/women's ..you are like that ..see he deserve this ..after all he had done ..and also if you are just worried coz of property and all than its not your demand in any way ..your MIL gave you ..so accept it and do something good from it ..as far as about Sultan ..yes you never wanted his bad but he is the one responsible for his state ..i am shocked ..how could you love with him for so long..

"Rk ..me too shocked ..but he is showing diff colors now ..what happened to him? Anyways ..yes I am worried but its natural ..you can understand ..but now I am free from that suffocating relationship ..and I am happy about it ..

In the process of all this Madhu and Rk met many times and shared a good equation.

Sultan's mental state became more worse after that ..he has been sent to mental asylum and he was under treatment ..

Madhu made a trust of that property and in that home she has opened an NGO for women and children who needed help and Rk helped her in this too..after some months ..when Madhu was feeling much better after all that happened ..it was like a nightmare ..she was scared for sometime that Sultan might come and kill her as he was trying to do the same in court ..but Rk helped in this too and in all this ..their bond became more storng ..Rk himself told her this that ..he feels something else with her and he loves her company too ..same goes with Madhu ..both understood pain of broken marriage and than she was more involved in NGO works plus her job as librarian..and gradually started recovering from her past memories ..

Rk was in touch with her ..but he had to go to abroad for somtime ..and after few months ..he was coming back to India and he wanted to give surprise to Madhu..

He opened the gate and guard recognized him ..salute him and he entered the main hall..Madhu was sitting and writing something ..he came near her and closed her eyes ..

"Hmm it seems you are writing letter to me right !! in this techno world you still stick to this letter thingy ..but I love them all ..jo baat letter read karne main hai wo sirf msg read karne main nahi ..

"Rk ..you ..you didn't told me you are coming ..she was surprised ..

"Hmm coz I wanted to see this surprised face of you ..

When they were talking ..the maid came and give water to Rk and said ..

"Madhu madam was missing you so much that she used to visit your home two times sometimes ..and wrote letters to you from there..accha kiya saheb aap aa gaye ..

Rk looked deep into her eyes ..there was a whole lot of emotions and he could clearly see something more than care and friendship ..and in all these months ..he himself thought there is something more than friendship between them ..he has been to many cases after her case too but the bonding he felt for her was ..he could not describe ..not with all clients he is that much attached ..she became special for him and they became a team when it comes to NGO ..

"Sushma ..tum aajkal kuch jyada nahi bol rahi ho..do your work ..

Sushma smiled and and went from there ..saying ..Main toh kaam hi kar rahi hoon Madhu madam..

Rk hold her hand and took her to the car..he made her sit and drove off to his home..he opened the door and took her into his room..

She asked whole way what he is doing ? but he was quiet ..

In his room ..he opened his almirah and took out a necklace ..

"Madhu ..for many I am marriage breaker ..may be ..but I genuinely wants their marriage to work ..

And now I have seen this lonely home for so long ..these walls ..these things ..and now I feel like I should confess once ..after that whatever will be your decision ..it will be accepted by me..

I ..i want to tell you that I want to propose you ..can you give your life another chance ...and that with me ..can you became my better half ..?? and he was there with necklace in his hand making Madhu all shocked and surprised ..she could not say anything ..tears started rolling from her cheeks ..after a failed marriage ..someone like Rk is proposing her and in this way ..she was so touched too and she was not able to name the feeling she had for him but now the dust over the feeling got cleared and everything is crystal clear..

He made her wear that necklace and emabraced her In his arms ..it was unexpected but in Rk's arms ..she felt so safe and found love and peace both ..he hugged her tightly ..

"Thanks Madhu ..we didn't knew that our broken marriages will bring us here ..but all well that ends well right ..

"Rk..all thanks to you ..you came in my life and I could the see the sunshine which was missing from my life ..

"Madhu The sun is shinning somewhere ..you too believe in this na ..me too..so your sunshine was just was hidden in clouds and now its shinning bright and it will always will shine brightly ..no cloud will hide it now ..he hold her hand in his hand and pressed it so delicately ..her velvety skin ..and his feather like touch..it was some other feeling ..

"Rk ..i never thought ..life will give me second chance as I lost trust in man and their talks but after meeting you ..i found it back ..yes I believe in that ..and my sunshine ..i got back ..and credit goes to you ..

"No no ..credit to you as you were the one who raise voice and you are inspiration to all women that they should raise voice if they are not happy with what happening with them ..even after they are doing lots to save marriage ..

"And they should have councilors like you who give right advice and help unconditionally.. she too hold his hand firmly now ..

"But from now onwards ..you will be helping me too in solving these cases..i hope people should start understanding marriage and this husband wife relationship ..and take it seriously ..o/w broken heart and broken marriage ..will not let person settled ..

"Agree with you ..and ya surely I help if needed ..as I trust you that you are alone enough to handle ..

Both smiled and he said "Hey..so now let's fix wedding date and in what way you want to do it ..

She blushed and he keep looking at her.

It was a simple wedding..as both wanted simple wedding.

"Hmm keys I can handle but how to handle a councilor ..i don't know ..

"Its so simple ..as for now I am not councilor ..i am just RK ..Madhu'S Rk..what say !!

"Oops I forgot that you are lawyer too ..its almost impossible to win you in talks ..

"You are wrong..you have won my heart ..my soul ..whole me ..i love you Madhu ..

She blushed and her face turned pink and he lifted her in arms ..and made her sit on bed ..

"You look so lovely when you blush ..more b'ful..he sat beside her and they just kept looking in each other eyes ..carressing her face..she turned and buried her face in his chest ..hearing his fast beats and her heart also was beating faster..

"Madhu..he saw her eyes filled with tears..and they were about to fall when he wiped out from her cheeks saying ..Madhu ..this is our new start ..keep smiling..i won't let even one tear of sorrow roll from your eyes..these b'ful eyes will always see bright sunshine ..not darkness..

"Rk now you are my world and your world will now be filled with colors of love only.

"On this b'ful moment let's start our journey together ..i love you Madhu..and will always be ..

"I love you too Rk ..today ..tomorrow ..always.

He claimed her rose petals like lips and her lips also was in wait to met with his ..the kiss was deep ...filled with love and warmth.

They parted and involve in kiss again..all their sorrows vanished and

From long they had been suffering alone ..now they were finding peace and love in each other arms.
