Kareena Kapoor Khan to star in Shah Rukh Khan's Salute?

They are B-town's topliners and enjoy a massive following. They were last seen together in 2011 in Ra. One. And now, as sources reveal, Shah Rukh Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan may team up together for the biopic on astronomer Rakesh Sharma. A confirmation is awaited though.

Reportedly titled Salute, the film will be directed by Mahesh Mathai and narrate the story of Rakesh Sharma, the first Indian to travel into space. Sources reveal that soon after wrapping up the shoot of Aanand L Rai's directorial Zero, SRK would begin prepping for Salute. Reportedly, King Khan will shoot for the film between September to November and then take a break for the promotions of Zero. He's said to resume the shooting of Salute once again in January 2019.

Dont think thats happening. Because these 2 had fallout during Ra.One since SRK was upset that Bebo wasnt involve in the promotion of the movie. Following the Fight, she was removed from Chennai Express and was replaced by Deepika.

kareena for Chennai Express ??😕 For a south Indian character ? I dont think she was even considered ..

I don't think they had a proper fall out, they just had issues due to Kareena not being able to adjust her dates for Ra.One promotions.

But it seems like everything is sorted between the two as Kareena recently shot for her cameo, in SRK's upcoming film Zero. :)

OT: Would love to see SRK and Kareena being paired up, for this film because they do look nice together. 😳

SRK-Kareena=Sureshot disaster. Please keep Katty, Anushka, Deepika, Kareena and any other actress below 35 out of this one please! Take a TV star like Sakshi Tanwar instead.

Even SRK hasn't signed Salute yet so I don't think any actresses have been approached yet.

The audience anyway doesn't like the SRK/Kareena pair so I don't think she will be in it. It will probably be someone new or a tv actress because the regular actresses would be too glamorous.

Whyyy can't they/he ever take Vidya in this?!! They need a real love story! K3 and SRK were good in Ashoka when SRK was & looked decades younger, in RaOne they looked quite weird together. Anyone besides Kat & Anu are good though, lol.
