Seriously, thank you BI. The quote clearly says "if he is teasing her"- this is given the premise that he is misbehaving etc. As a female, I have often times chosen to ignore when men cat call, whistle etc, but god I wish i had the balls to slap one of em. Also she is saying slap- shes not talkign abot "trashing' him and beating him black and blue. I think most females by this time have experienced enough harassment to know what is and isn't inappropriate.

I have seen myself just to take advantage and revenge ..girls frame guys for this..better law take its course ...

Pallavi- good luck getting the cops to do anything. Unless you somehow manage to kick up a storm and get media attention, you are as good as ignored by the cops/other authorities, the teasers get away with a slap on the wrist.

Personal story- but I live in a city with a decent train/subway system. We are constantly told, if you are being touched inappropriately/being harrassed, please report it to a train conductor. The other day, Ihad a train conductor blow me a kiss, wink and make lewd gesutres at me as the train was leaving the station... these are the people I am supposed to report these incidents too.

Her answer related to standing up for herself in the event of these teasing incidents. Trying to take advantage or revenge involves going to cops. I wish your law had enough power to do something about all this, but unfortunately it does not.
