EXCLUSIVE: Ajay Devgn signs Anees Bazmee's comedy film Saade Saati.

It's been over two years that the reports of
Ajay Devgn reuniting with Anees Bazmee
have been making the rounds. Back in 2015,
rumour had it that the actor had given his
nod for a romantic film to be helmed by
Anees.
In fact, in an interview with a leading
tabloid, Anees Bazmee had confirmed the
same and said, "So when I thought of a film
with Ajay, I presented him with a crime
thriller. In fact, over the last three years, I
have narrated half-a-dozen stories to him
and he turned them all down, finally telling
me that he wanted to do a romance along
the lines of Pyaar To Hona Hi Tha and I
should write one keeping him in mind.
But this conversation is more than two
years old. Now the latest news is that the
actor and the director are indeed teaming
up together, but this time it is for an out-
and-out comedy.
Yes, you read that right! Ajay Devgn has
signed Anees Bazmee's next, a comedy titled
Saade Saati. A source in the know confirmed
to us and added, "The movie is a comedy
and it revolves around Ajay, who is suffering
from 7 years of bad luck, which in
astrological terms is called Saade Saati. The
movie goes on floors this November and the
rest of the cast is being finalised.
Adds another source, "Ajay has signed
comedies lately only with Rohit Shetty. But
Anees' script caught his attention and he
agreed to do the movie.
