If you want i can give you atleast 10 examples where this show has not followed law properly. And 10 examples where medical science was ignored. Legally Parth and Teni can't go out as husband and wife abroad and apply for visa as partners if Shorwari's name is added on Parth's passport. Legally Parth cannot put Teni's name in admission form for his kid. Legally Teni cannot be Ipshita's mother. Legally Teni cannot use Parth's name in any official document as it will be a fraud. So..as u are saying nothing is illegal, u r totally wrong. Even Shaurvari's operation track was in a way not as per medical procedures.

Talking about Gharwali baharwali, both the wives weren't aware at first of all this, and only in the end they both met the hero togthr, This is a crap too and I never enjoy such terrible movies. It's 2018 and we have better movies to watch where women are empowered. We are now producing movies where women are entrepreneurs and independent not just a baby producing machine, that era was in 90s. Even then I find movies like Arth more reasonable as women are shown as individuals in them. There are many movies which glorify gangsters, do that mean we will support gansters? No. I am glad it's changing.

Talking about the impact of the show on the society, the problem is they are showing surrogacy in a very bad light. Many ppl are still skeptical about it and they are afraid of all this. This show could have shown it in a positive light, but it failed miserably.

But as soon as Parth's first wife comes back, the second wife becomes illegitimate from that very moment.

Even if we chose to ignore the legitimacy of the whole story, it is no where right morally. It defies basic human rights and nature..

Yes, Indian law don't recognise bigamy and it's punishable. So no debate on it.

But it's a show... not any individual real life story.

What I like is it shows different ways of human reaction to a situation.

I like how they busted the nari morcha drama company females...

I am a girl and yes there are few very few genuine social worker who work for uplift ment of women. But the one similar to what we saw in last episode are complete insult to social work.

They are the real disgrace.

Yes the character Teni is in a very difficult position in life.. but hey common let the character grow.. be patient.. or if all u can do is talk about how much u dislike it then hey why are u even watching???

I am wanting to see how they take their marriages forward from here.. as for me both ladies were married when there was no second wife in parth life.. so it's legit

1) I don't like that movie, the name is enough to know that it's a way to justify the stupidity that a man can't live happily with one woman.

2) You should understand basic rules of drawing a comparison, how did you even think about comparing a drama based on surrogacy to a comedy is beyond me, like "You don't like eating food from your foot, what about your palm", there's a vast difference between palm and foot (Hope you get it).

3) The movie released in 1998, last time I checked we were 20 years ahead of the movie, unless people want to go back and see women as slaves, I'd take my leave. Even though it was released in a time when people were regressive in comparison to 2018, I'd say they give their verdict on your oh so mighty concept of crooked love by rejecting it as the movie was a FLOP.

4) Police phoned in Bhanushalis but did they confirm it was Shorvari? Even if they did and even if it was thought that she's dead, the marriage between Parth and Teni becomes illegal the moment, they know that his first wife is alive, I know tough luck that law is helping women, I thought about protesting against it too but then I realized, I am a woman.

5) It's just a show... I don't think you understand the effect television has on our society, for that just Google the effect of Crime patrol on civilians.
