Two is seen as a pair off. Two of kind.Three is odd. An intrusion that encroaches upon the completness of a couple.
To me, the number three seems to feature in the episode, Rajan goes mad as a bull at Vyom.Threatens if Madhvi is not out by three days,he will kill the bone of contention Sharanya.The episode ends with Rajan and his lady captive by the lake. The man has more stress that he has bargained for,the latest one is his son Vyom!
Three days in lock up ? I suspect covers the weekend. Every blow and box of his father Vyom accepts. But reacts at Rajan's threat to kill Sharanya. Already he decides to kill his father. Everything for Vyom revolves around Sharanya's well being. Over all though,Vyom plans to use this bloody altercation with Rajan to suit his personal gains.. to impress Sharanya .
I reckon that Vyom has been out and about. His game is keeping a close eye on what goes in the enemy camp. That's how he ends up ten steps ahead of his foes.
Take into consideration, how the culmination of the Valentine scene between Sharanya Shiv correlates with how Vyom deals with Sharanya's questions.. Seems like his replies are based on well thought out, credible anwers that Sharanya will accept. After all for Vyom its Sharanya that matters..
It 's interesting to note the opposing position Sharanya and Shiv lie in the romantic scene. Their heads, near enough close, still are seen to be contrarily placed. To me it indicates both lovers differ on issues pertaining to do with Vyom.
For Sharanya this Valentine's day, ends up being memorable due to Madhvi's confessional revelations. Which in turn makes Shranya feel, her distrust and blaming Vyom of killing Shiv was rather unfounded,for which she owes her friend Vyom a heartfelt apology. What Sharanya fails to take on board is that Shiv was not in agreement with her. Shiv wouldnt touch the unscrupulous cheat Vyom with a barge pole,,and here she was thinking the three of them patch up and become an infallible trio of friends again?? Shiv always challenges Sharanya's gullibility. He too advices her to get his answers to three questions. One,if Vyom was not quility of murdering Shiv, then why didnt he go out searching for the missing Shiv? two if Vyom was clear then what led him to molest Sharanya on the haldi night? three if Vyom was innocent then why did he act possessed by Shiv's spirit? Shiv cautions Sharanya if Vyom defers these three questions, then its best she keeps her blindly trusting others in check. To me, Vyom gets plenty of information to plan his next offensive.
No surprise that Vyom projects campus images of Vyom,Shiv, Sharanya , the epitome of true friendship card, when Sharanya returns home. His bloody face, tripping down the stairs, falling flat at Sharanya's feet,all are part of his game to further win Sharanya's heart over,along side make the inactive Shiv fume with fury.
Skillfully.instead, Vyom blames Sharanya for suggesting he was Shiv's his best mates killer.
Thus begins Vyom's trial for which he was already prepared by listening on to the questions he would be posed. He had to lie and pretend to her parents they were a couple. Her life was crucial, with Shiv missing as his friend he had to fit into his shoes and care for Sharanya after the accident. It was for her parents honour ,that he lied they were going to be engaged. This way they stop fingers pointing at them. So he passed this one on the bases of familial honour. The question about him molesting her.. he blamed his mother giving him some pills that made his insanely violent! So Sharanya rejects the marriage,as his mother was never in favour of Vyom marrying her..
Shiv's question she asked Vyom, once she came out of her comatose, what stopped him from telling her the truth??? Since Vyom had time to deal with his answer too, his primed up doctor spoke to Sharanya, it was on medical advice Vyom went by ,as hearing Shiv was dead might have reverted her back into the coma. So the aviod another big shock.
Vyom innocently confesses he suspected his mother ,but a son tends to defend and guard his mother, not pin blames on her. He could see the guillibe Sharanya was being duped by his justifications and replies. The final question for Vyom is why did he never look for Shiv?? well for this question , Vyom had primed Freddy and Odhni to give their evidence and speak on his behalf. Seems as Odhni reiterates Vyom has been falsely accused., still the case is solved.. Freddy winks at Vyom.. only Sharanya catches many meanings in that sly wink! Sharanya says nothing.
This scene is totally hypocritical to me, and seeing most annoyingly, Sharanya as the self appointed peacemaker! A killer gets away and ends up hugging his best friend's love interest. As far as Shiv could take it ,he did,then he disappeared. What he probably fails to understand is why Sharanya is mediating between him and Vyom? The criminal has people working for him. Sharanya too is now giving him moral support. While Vyom's game is far from over, He is still out hunting for Shiv's spirit..
Vyom can have Sharanya's trust.. that's how he will black mail her. But no way will Shiv trust the evil incarnate who murdered him.. hamlet53 11. 3. 18
