Priya Prakash Varrier to make her Bollywood debut opposite Ranveer Sin

Internet sensation Priya Prakash Varrier was
an unknown face till the other day but ever
since she winked for a scene in her debut
film, 'Oru Adaar Love', she took the internet
by storm. As the Malayalam song Manikya
Malaraya Poovi from the film showing her
expressive face went viral, the young actress
is now being considered for a role in
Bollywood.
As per a report in Deccan Chronicle,
filmmaker Karan Johar is keen to rope in the
winking sensation as the female lead
opposite Ranveer Singh in Rohit Shetty's
Simmba. While many names like Sara Ali
Khan, Janhvi Kapoor and others have been
doing the rounds for the lead actress in
Simmba where Ranveer stars as a cop, it
seems Priya has made her charm work on
Karan already.
A source informed Deccan Chronicle, "The
girl's role is not so big in the film. But Priya
has become an overnight craze with the
wink of an eye. Bollywood is interested in
her. And who better equipped to
consolidate Priya's supremacy in the virtual
world in the arena of cinema than Karan
Johar?
Apparently, Priya is a fan of Ranveer Singh
and we hope Rohit brings another South
Indian starlet to Bollywood.
