It maybe his flashback or his own imagination where Avni will be asking him not to perform dangerous stunts.

watching zain in this IV itself is depressing. it looks to me like he has no fricking idea whats gonna happen with the show himself. he just sai jaise jaise likha jayega vaise hoga and then as if to cover up he said main zyada reveal nahi karunga. i honestly think unko kuch bataya hi nahi hai. the vibes i'm getting is that they are pretty clueless about whats going on. things are being changed last minute. even the twitter confusion with bhavesh and tara-sitara saying 5 years then bhavesh deleting it, everything looks like there's lack of any clarity in thought. shuruvat hi aisi hai...dunn what happens aage. we will all watch for adiza but we have lost connect with avni and neil. now we have to think of it as a new story of 2 heartbroken people who loved each other once and were separated by circumstances meeting again and try to connect with them again...i wish someone did a segment with adiza and directly asked them for their response to fans being upset with their prolonged 10 year separation and hearing their answer/justification to this- from the actors who are neil and avni will MAYBE give us some closure and maybe we can try to take this as a new show from hereon.

Just like the way Neil saved some random girl thinking its Avni from being hit by a car...the same way he picked some girl who was asking for lift.. sensing her to be Avni.
