Been away for almost a fortnight - with a promise of writing an 'upward looking' post.
But what did the DD producers and writers do in last weekend's and today's episode????????

NONSENSE, NONSENSE, NONSENSE:
. stupid story lines; impossible/implausible sequences, dialogues, actions, characterizations
. constantly portraying the work of the police so negatively, which is after all a central force in both city and town, urban and rural settings;
See for example:
- a high-ranking IFS officer beating a person in custody like that?? (last week)
- a detective ordering around police staff, both in and outside their office??? (today)
- solving cases just with the help of a laptop, a mobile phone, and a so-called computer wiz kid????
(conveniently overlooking lucky phone calls giving clues, and fortuitous glimpses of items the police overlooks or of people moving suspiciously) [ever since epi 1]
. overbearing DD acts and encounters with absolutely unbelievable resurrections and escapes, whether after terrible blows on the head or having been shot or being pushed from some height...
. super-annoying DD praises from press and public alike -> 'without her, the world will perish' (or at least Delhi)
. REALLY WORST OF ALL: Manish - who tries his best to make something good of all this super-duper rubbish- is hardly present in these last two epis!
He was exactly 5 minutes and 3.1 seconds in today's episode...
My friends and I weep for Manish 😭😭😭
WHAT ARE THE MAKERS OF THIS SERIAL TRYING TO SAY?😲😲😲
1) Don't trust the police - they are only duffers, beaters of innocent people, and not up to the task whatsoever?
2) Hire a detective to solve all such crime cases instead?
3) That too, somebody whose skills consist, basically, in hammering at a laptop, making some mobile recordings, and running into trouble only to be saved by the police officer she constantly, ungratefully, and needlessly treats with such disdain and disrespect...
WE SUFFER THE SERIES, JUST TO BE ABLE TO WATCH MANISH - but it is becoming harder by the week ...😭
