The line is spoken in anger but unfortunately fact of life. When you are insulted time and again and you allow people to do it, they stop respecting you and never thinks before insulting you anywhere , anyplace and before anybody.

It is the state of ishita today...mihika saw raman never respected ishita ...she knows that..so she's saying this with confidence now...had she snapped back that would've been different...but ishita never does that...ishita is not mihika..mihika is not ishita...she's accepted and has no,expectations from anyone...and happy with what she has...she allowed it ...that's for sure...

This is what is happening with Ishita, since she allowed everybody to walk on her, nobody thinks before disrespecting her but definitely pulls her up if she insults somebody.

This is a sign of maturity. Hope Mihika's and Romi's chapter closes with this track and we see a new nice girl in Romi's life.

You are right ...romi has accepted and seeing mihika's real face now...he will not accept her..ever...he doesn't respect her either...I would love to see a new girl in romis life too...

Nailed it..yes he's accepted the relationship,with mihika...that's why I don't want ishita with Raman...coz..it's not the same..his feelings will not be the same..we never saw this with ishita...the first time he began accepting is in the cortbscene...biwi hai meri...that's where it came...thats after 6 months into their marriage..till then he couldn't even stand her, .and look, here..not even engaged ...and we see this...and mihika seems to be handing him well..that shows ishita is a fail iyer as a wife...it's better she leaves...and leave raman to marry mihika and congratulate on their new beginnings...

I, somehow or the other knew that he will after he was rejected by the recent second girl but he will be out of guilt so soon , I never knew that.

When the 2nd girl also rejected Raman for the same reason - temper issues, the realisation was shown on Raman's face that no girl would accept such a vile nature of his, that's why when Mihika's proposal came , there was only a slight hesitation from his side but seeing his family supporting him, I guess that shame is lost.

I still remember during Shagun's wedding ceremony with Ashok , Shagun had insulted him by comparing the difference between the 2 weddings of her . At that time Raman had told Ishita - "Tum mujhey kabhi chod ke mat jaana kyunki mai jaisa hoon waisa sirf Tumhey pasand hoon or koi mujhey pasand nahi karta." So deep.down he was aware of his short-comings, only if Shagun would have played her cards well, she would have never got the blame of being the reason for their divorce with this type of nature, everybody would have only sympathised with her.

There are guillible ppl out there who believe this is how real life is supposed to be, especially 5he impressionable youngsters.

Why has Ishita tolerated and continues to be a doormat/punching bag and takes abuse from Raman, Toshi and Simmi without pushing back harder? Rather than plan a sneak attack after gathering info. she announces to Simmi she will "get her. Not very smart and after all these years around the Bhallas she hasn't learned how to tackle them or how to nail them in one blow like squashing a bug.

Param is among actors in Ex-Prod's top list. After four years of being side characters Param and Simmi have suddenly become the mainstay and central characters of Yeh Hai Nafratein. Every vile thing that writers can churn out of their brains is aimed at torturing the viewers with their continuous despicable acts like hamsters on a wheel. There seems no end in sight either. Enough already! And if it's true that they did all this knowing Ananya's still alive they are worse than beasts.

Romi needs to step out of the family he clearly sees for what they are and blaze his own trail even if it means starting at the bottom and building his own career and life away from the Bhallas. Failing to expand social interactions beyond the immediate family stunts a person's emotional growth and has a rotting effect esp when the family lacks a strong moral core. Why take physical and emotional abuse from an older brother as an adult?

Romi had a circle of friends before but now he's circling his wagon around family that could care less about him or his views. He may be Raman's younger brother but he's not joined at the hip that he can't venture out on his own. Raman is weak and no role model. He may have won awards and run a business successfully at one time that doesn't mean he dictates what each of them do and they fall in line every time. Growing up means flying away from the nest and living his best life. Get out of there Romi!

Adi and Ruhi started working for Raman but with the little experience under their belts time for them to leave the nest and find their own paths in life. Esp. now that the family has been muscled by Param and they are hostages forced to play to Param's ways. They know he's looted Raman yet they act like helpless victims. One of the biggest disadvantages of not leaving the nest is they never get to figure out their own strength and weaknesses. Ishita is always picking up the pieces or fixing their problems. What is their incentive to learn and grow?

Romi and Adi if old enough to be married are old enough to fight their own battles. Aliya is immature and worse than the rest, gets into trouble easily and always waiting for Mani, Ishita or Adi to bail her out of every trouble she throws herself into to get attention.

Ishita should set a good example, dust her hands off and walk away with her head held high. After all she can still keep her connection with the kids, they are adults now. Let Raman, Simmi and Toshi to soak in the swamp they inhabit.

The torturous tracks continues, Like a clock you can hear ticking but the needle never moves to the next minute 😕
