I used to watch Mehek when it first came on air, it was entertaining to see a middle class girl take make a career out of her passion for cooking and exquisite recipes accumulated/formulated by her deceased mother.

You look like a confused soul now...Mami and mama are in jail now ..Rajeev didn't came back from his home town...

Oh wow - thank you for the clarification... how did Mama and Mami go to jail? They totally deserved it for all the times Mami has tried to kill Shaurya and Mehek... just curious how she finally got busted...

What happened to Shaurya's grandmother?

So the lady that died Vandana... how did Shaurya find her and why did he think Mehek was dead... where did Mehek go... how did she lose her memory??

This terrorist person... why did he target Shaurya? What is the purpose of kidnapping him?!

At one point Shaurya had lost all his money - i forget why or how but there was some cooking competition that he joined to get prize money... now he's rich again?!

Welcome dear to the forum. It is good that you stopped watching after Mehrya wedding. It is only utter crap after that. Like you many of us are confused with the current track and where our beloved show is heading.

It is better U did that otherwise she will be left confused when she watches this stupid, annoying and most irritating track.

thank you all for the warm welcome and detailed explanation, i was seriously lost. Its so sad how these good shows or the shows that start off with a "different" story line all land up with the same tried and tested formula - leads who can't stand each other or one can't stand the other for some ridiculous misunderstanding, leads forced to get married under circumstances., leads who have someone after their life either for their property or family members who can't stand the newly wed whomever because they are from a middle class background or less rich than them... all kinds of absurd things happen that make the leads realize they love each other and can't be together and just as they are about to confess or manage to confess something happens and they have to sacrifice or cant be together etc... isn't it high time shows came out of this and started putting up more meaningful content? i miss the days of Kora Kagaz on star plus or Saans, Shanti... all those shows had some depth to them, they had content... wonder if those days will ever come back
