Well, That is something her Mom said. Its not proven. Her Mom also said he murdered her n then hung her up. But, it was proven to be false by post mortem reports and also camera records. Even CBI rejected her other requests. I find her mom behavior very fishy. I feel she has some guilt and is looking for a scape goat. I have deep sympathy for Jiah n her family. But, that doesnot mean sending some innocent guy to jail just for closure to the family.

If he goes to jail, so will so many persons in India whose Exes commit suicide after break up or heart break. I think there is a reason why his lawyer pushed the court to frame charges at the earliest to bring it to trial and it cud be bcoz they are on the strong side.

One of the major names dragged in this controversy was of Sooraj Pancholi. Though the entire Pancholi khandaan chose to keep mum when questioned two years ago, Sooraj finally breaks the silence now, to ensure that his name doesn't get maligned in negative publicity again.

Sooraj maintains that he is not guilty and that he has nothing to be afraid of. While speaking to a leading daily he says, "It was in nobody's control. People didn't realise that I had lost someone. I lost my girlfriend (Jiah) who I was seeing for the past few months and I was really upset. But I think it was destiny and it was written in book of life. People ask me what I have learnt from it. I don't think of it as a lesson because I have not committed any mistake. There is nothing to learn from it. It was in nobody's control and perhaps was meant to happen."

He credits the Bajrangi Bhaijaan star for his love and support during the trouble times. The Hero actor claims to have finally come out of the trauma of losing his girlfriend and is now ready to mingle. In his words, "I am single and looking for someone nice."
