Is Mihika acting or not...

So guys i just noticed that whenever Mihika and Ishu have a confrontation...Simmi is always lurking around or someone or the other is present...doea this indicate that a plan is there??? Coz even if they fight in private when no one's is present...then its not a plan...however that hasn't happened...or have i missed anything????
