quitting nk good for sayantani?

In my opinion neela ma's role coming to an end is in the best interest of Sayantani because Sayantani is a young woman and has alot of scope in the industry and i think if she continues to play neela's role she'll get accustomed to playing elderly roles and even the audience will accept her to be fit for a mother's role.
Sayantani even has potential and looks to be cast as a female lead in any show so i guess leaving nk will definitely bring new projects and new roles (probably younger and not a mom's) for her. Best of luck to her

I agree with this point! Neela ma/ Sayantini mam will never be forgotten for playing such a strong character as Neela. Sayantini mam played mother role with such a elegance. For me and even for many Neela is best written & portrayed mother's character which will be forever cherished. she definitely has a bright future ahead. even in future if we are revealed that Neela maa is alive ill be very happy about it.

She is an great actress. And good soul.
