You could be right about Mishal being busy on another project at the moment, Mish. His short film Sparsh hasn't released yet either and it's already January. I wonder why there's been such a delay when it was scheduled to be out in August last year. 🤔 He's been awfully silent about his web series as well. I wish more of his fans would ask on his social media so that he's aware of the demand for his own web series. It would be sad if he were to abandon the whole idea thinking his fans wouldn't be interested in his artistry. 😭

Producer Yash Patnaik is all set to bring popular and loved actor, Shaheer Sheikh back on television with yet another show after their successful collaboration in the form of Kuch Rang Pyar Ke Aise Bhi.

The show which is set to be airing on Star Plus soon will have newbie actress, Twinkle Patel playing the female lead.

And the latest we hear now is that the show has roped in two more actors in the form of Rajendra Chawla and Shubhangi Latkar.

While, Shubhangi will be playing Shaheer's on-screen mother, Rajendra will play an important role too.

The pilot has already been shot and things are moving on a brisk pace.

Aside from Anurag Basu, Mishal hasn't maintained good relations with any of his producers. He quit Laagi and didn't renew his contract on IKRS which ultimately worked in his favour, but he's already spoken about the bad rap he got from quitting one show. 😒 I don't think he's seen as a reliable actor albeit a very talented one. 🤔 Mishal also has to be open to offers and quite frankly he seems to be dawdling. I don't think he's every truly from the bottom of his heart wanted to work on television aside from Love Story. He did Laagi to acclaim fame and he did IKRS to restore his popularity. Tripurari's mother on IKRS is going to be Shaheer's mommy on his new show. A beautiful lady and talented too! 😊

Did I just come across Erica's long-lost sister! 😲 Woa, the resemblance is uncanny between the two! Why didn't they just sign Erica instead? 😆

She does, doesn't she? 😲 You know what Mish, seeing her picture I'm confident the chemistry will be up to par between her and Shaheer! 😆 Jokes aside, I hope their new show does well in terms of TRPs while enthralling their audience with innovative content. 😃 KRPKAB did really well and I have high hopes for this show as well. 😉 I feel that Mishal has his sights on the West now, Mish. I guess he wants to take his career in a different direction, but it's a huge gamble given his age. We can only wish him the very best, but he must realize that a comeback to television may not be possible in a couple of years. Aside from Ronit and Ram who are the OGs of Indian television, actors older than him like Iqbal Khan and Raqesh Vashisht are no longer getting lead television roles. They've shifted to character-driven roles if you've noticed their recent work. I really hope and pray that Mishal's aware of the consequences of his actions with respect to his career. 🤔 Also noticed that Mishal's song Power of Love has amassed 99,000 views on YouTube. Singing might be working in his favour because the number of views certainly aren't bad.
