What happened to our show?

Even though I haven't be n watching it as regularly as before, I have been following the updates and it looks like now it's officially a saas bahu type show. Instead of the scheming Saas we have a scheming Nanad in the form of Gayathri. Mandira is definitely a vamp now . Cannot understand the obsession she is showing. I wonder if this is more her unwillingness to lose than her feelings for Vijay. But what started as a decent political thriller showing one man's journey from underdog to the upper echelons of power is now a family drama showing one woman's journey from a level headed person to an obsessive delusional vamp😕

I am hoping that we will get to see the political drama very soon as even though it was a lie told by Mandira in today's episode, atleast CM and his wish for Vijay to join his party got mentioned!
