It is clear evident after yesterday epi dialogue that both of them were attracted towards vyom car and in flashback too we were seeingsharanya in open car .
Vyom was innocent boy but shiv n sharanya used his innocence for their own benefit.
Sharanya was using vyom ( not for love for expensive things ) that's why madhvi was initially happy for their relationship .
Vyom proposed sharanya the same day when shiv proposed her but shiv was her true love so she accepts her proposal but declined vyom and he became mental .
Shiv was not angry with madhvi when she was begging for vyom as he knows that they are equally responsible .
Is this possible ?
I don't think that all three leads are negative n nobody live is true .
