Just one little objection with the rule
If you were going to exclude the last time winners then that should have been told in the nomination thread before we put our list of names
Not after we are done with it
Because many must have taken those last winning names so phle se pata hota 2 thik thi
Sabko mauka milna chahie i agree bt kuch stories he jo bar bar deserve krti hogi shaed

Agr phle pata hoti 2 we cd have taken some other name at that place 2
