I think Yes.

You can talk to Mods about this. I think they open closed topics.😊😊

You can send a message to Athene!

I, too, opened a closed topic a few weeks ago by messaging her. Just send her link to that topic (which you want to get re-opened) along with your request message.

That'll do :)
