That was on the Mahurat day, not trailer release or premiere. Mahurat used to be the official cast announcement. Now they announce cast on Twitter.

I watched this film much much later. Actually post EV and absolutely loved it. Sri looked stunning in the film. Not a surprise because its Yash Chopra after all and that's one thing he always got right. I think Sri's dad passed away during the shooting of this film and I remember reading that she got back to shoot within a couple of weeks and gave the perfect shot in one take. If Jhanvi has half her determination and talent, she would be a superstar.
