I am sure Sameer in hospital and Naina visits

Sameer faints with school uniform on and hospital scene is in school uniform. I am 100% sure Munna and Pandit takes Sameer to hospital and informs Naina. Naina comes to hospital as she still loves Sameer.

I hope she forgives him and Sameer's realization on his love starts.
