CHRISTMAS SHENANIGANS.....12/29/17

It was an ok episode. Christmas celebrations at bhallas...after few disappointments, Pihu finds a fake Christmas tree...with a message to the society...not to cut down trees but preserve it.

So party begins...toshiji as usual was bummed with lack of non veg and alcohol.. concocts loaded punch...as usual

Shagun showed up for the Christmas party ..lol the fan girl was so excited for ishu searching for Raman.

As usual raman was the santa..

😆senior bhallas are still getting in pretty darn good..very active..proof bhallaji's handcuff...oh yeah...anyways

Based on aaliya instructions ..pihu gets Ishra under the mistletoe..and the tradition...the kiss has to happen..she became bold and was ready to kiss Santa...he was shy and flabbergasted, horrified and reminded parents presence...but she wouldn't give up...she hushed him...and kissed Santa's glasses...her excuse...it's Santa...

So the devil duo...dressed in white...what an irony...failed to get hands on the papers...bala has kept it elsewhere. Raman who happens to pass by..overhears their convo...as simmi said the papers might be in ishu's purse...oh yeAh...as if anyone will carry it in their fancy tiny purse......and might benefit them..raman decides to look for the purse as he's curious now...so simmi is still pulling the strings 😕😳 He does spot her purse and tries to open it...only to be caught by ishu..the way DT said ..Haan...was very good...she said he will not find the papers...so she now knows simmi was looking for it...so wondering will he frequent iyers to get his hand on the papers?...lets c... pihu who couldn't see them fight ...handcuffs them and asks them to reconcile. She takes away the phone.

Ruhi comes to know that red gloved person is none other than nikhil.

The scene I liked...ishu a protective mama when simmi laid hands on pihu...the stare..don't you dare...was good...

Adi..pihu...was nice ...they looked like bro and sis

Ishra in the bathroom..raman as usual cribbing..wants to have a shower/change before leaving for family Christmas dinner. So ishu on the outside of the shower curtain and him inside the shower cubicle...

Simmi is restless as Ishra are no show at the dinner...and calls him...pihu has the phone.

Story is stuck no movement at all.

Trp is 3.3... very impressive...it's not a surprise as it was way too dramatic, highly emotional and trp audiences dig these things, it was a tailor made track for trp audience. It was a no brainer as normal people do like all these...there's nothing wrong in it...I'm thinking ishu's death did bring trp's...can we say aunties are so done with ishu? Can we say normal raman was accepted? Or the mother of all scene,.the slap...general audience like it as it's the spice in a couples life? ...i guess so..

Having said this...

The actors were brilliant...DT was stupendous...she stood out, it's not easy to lay still/ dead for long...and all the supporting actors did their part very well, the credit goes to everyone.

Looks like QUALITY is still missing ..but they are getting trps. .so good for them..content can go take a back seat who cares..

As far as I am concerned I am a NORMAL VIEWER who will never call Abuse and Slap as LOVE or DIL KA RISHTA. .I know I am in minority but happy being so even if the trps reach its pinnacle ..Ishra are so done as a COUPLE...plain and simple. .It is just the phenomenal acting skills of DT and KP that has kept yhm alive...

sometimes I do wonder if yhm is coz of them or they coz of yhm

Viji. .This abuse of women in Indian cinema was discussed in the United Nations after a horrific case which shamed us as a country in front of the whole world...They termed it as more of a social problem and that cinema was contributing to it ..

The only difference is ekta kapoor is showing abuse on the small screen and it is getting good trps...trps which translate into green bucks...and that matters ..so I am not even going to debate it .

coz let them do what they want ..I am not going to ever agree to ABUSE =LOVE. .period

and the worst is this abuse is happening in an educated family ..There you go. ..but trps are the end game for these unscrupulous cvs

If standing up against abuse..Be it mental, physical, emotional or verbal makes a few of us abnormal so be it...happy to be a part of this than encourage and applaud abuse.

@bold..I completely agree..it's very clear general public are liking this Sumi...unable to see abuse, doesn't make a difference with/without education...it's human mentality...and no matter how many centuries it takes..certain things cannot be changed.
