I thing dadaji hiding Naren's birth related secret . I feel Naren definitely Vyas family member but not supriya's son . now a days supriya obessed with her son ,Naren so much hurting him only . 2 options one maybe orphan or harsha's son . harsha loves Naren more than anyone , even mayank se bhi zyada . for harsha Naren is more than son , she can't see Naren getting hurt . agar orphan hota than they can throw Naren out magar relations bikragi nahin .
