Loving this thread! 😆 Anyways, if Ratan is doing this for the sake of Diya and Abhay, it just shows how much he cares about her. If he believes his family, then if the makers present it well, this obstacle would serve as a stepping stone for Ratan's development. Hope that this journey is presented well! 😊

the makers should not screw it up because then that might be the beginning of the destruction of the show and i sooo don't want the ''torture-turned-love''🥱

Hope so too! That would be too uncharacteristic of Diya and Ratan! Ratan has unknowingly hurt her with his words sometimes, but he apologises/ shows that he cares about her welfare most of the time. He has never purposefully hurt her. Moreover, Diya claimed that she won't fall in love with Ratan as he's too immature. For such a lady to fall in love with someone who tortures her, that would be really unbelievable. 😲
