part 9
kushi walked though the door of the company, it has beeen two weeks since she found arnav is the masked man.she dont know what to think, that night she cant sleep hell she dont had a good sleep till now. on starting she was hurt,so much that it pained her to do anything.
kushi then realised that she should not worry about this all.what if it is arnav? what she got todo with it and arnav also dont said anything to her, he dont said he lo-like her. the letter maybe its just a prank. so kushi went to work.
work! thats all she is doing these days, atleast it take her mind out of other unnessasary thinking.she shouldn't be affected that arnav hasn't said anything,but it did so she worked till she cant lift her hand with tierdness.
now kushi felt tired completely.she found herself dozing on her desk,sometimes even sleeping on it, thats what kushi doing now.

arnav sat on the chair staring nothing with his mind is still thinking about kushi. he did thought once he came out of mask kushi will be angry, she did but this is not how it should have gone he ecepted kushi to fight with him even slap him but here kushi is not even glancing at him.
arnav sighned, his freinds scold him after kushi had left that night,then did advised him to give sometime to her, then talk to her he is doing the same thng but its not working.before atleast they were talking, well fighting but now she wont talk, look at him and on the top of that she has been woking lot.
he walked toward the glass to watch kushi,thats all the glims he get,he waiting for her to show some sign that she want to talk to him but she, arnav shaked his head. arnav gazed at kushi table to see she is sleeping on table and she looked tierd. arnav felt angry,its all because of him he had make it right.
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
kushi felt a nudge on her shoulder and slowly opened her eyes,looking up to find arnav. she almost gone back to her sleep but stoped seeing his worreid face.kushi rubbed her eyes, running her hand throw her hairs, kushi sat as stright as she can.
"sorry" kushi said, searching for file to work atleast to pretend she is doing so. arnav walked around the desk and pulled her seat back.
"come to my cabin."arnav said, a clear order in his voice as he helped kushi stand up. kushi said something under her breath as arnav draged her to his cabin.
"what do you want? i need to get back to work." kushi said, swaying slightly on her feet. kushi felt her surrounding roteting.
" kushi, no need do anything,your going to lay down sometime. you cant even stand on your feet."arnav groned, making kushi lay on the couch in his cabin.kushi made noise as she lay there looking up to him.
" why are you ordering me" kushi asked weakly,making arnav roll his eyes at her,arnav shread his coat and wrapped them around kushi.
" sleep kushi." arnav said softly this time, pushing kushi head back so she laying down.kushi pulled up back just to drop back to couch to sleep instantly.
there is a shift of weight as arnav sat on remaing place on couch, a small shaky breath escaping kushi's lips as warm hand moved gently through her hairs.it was comforting, and kushi leaned into touch,her nose brushing againest arnavs leg as she fell asleep.
~time skips~
when kushi woke three hours later,arnav was no longer sitting beside her.she winced, feeling groggy as she pushed herself up, rubbing at her eyes with a wrinkled nose.she turned her head,to find arnav writing something,his eyes narrowed in concentration.
"feeling better?."arnav asked without even looking up,scribling what looked like to be a signature on paper before switing to another one. kushi let out a dull nod, still with a foggy head as she clutched at dean's coat around her soulder.
"thank you"kushi said without even realising she said something, the she took the coat from her shoulder and held it to him already missing the warmth of it.
"well put the coat there and off to work you have to make up the time you lost.then i want you to go home and get a good night sleep " arnav said after a nod to her thank you.
kushi sighned, she threw coat on table and said "i dont need it and i can work" in i dont care voice.
" easy there tiger,i dont need a fight now so, off to work "arnav said almost signing in relief as kushi said more than a word to him.
thats when kushi remembered all happened before a weeks ago making kushi sad, her mood changed.
"y-yeah" kushi mumbled,furrowing her eyebrows and looked away. she then felt the same confusion as before " i'm ging to go work now"
arnav let out an 'okay ', not even Acknowledging kushi gone from there, arnav left to stare her back.
