Heart wrenching as some hearts healed and some hearts broke. Some people broke hearts, some people healed hearts.
Manish's heart broke when he got to know that his wife hid about their child, lied to him that he was dead. He was angry and harsh and I would expect anything less from a person in his shoes. Misunderstandings had kept his one son away from him, and now he gets to know he has a second son who was kept hidden from him, he isn't surely going to hug her and say thank you, especially taking into consideration that it is Aryaan / Shubhum how told the truth, he would have said it like what he saw the conversations he heard.
Dadi has never been fully team Suvarna because Manish never seeked Dadi's permission for the marriage, at least that is what has been hinted earlier. Her words seemed full of anger and I didn't understand what selfish motive she thought Suvarna had in hiding about Aryan. Her words seemed not only breaking Suvarna's heart but Karthik's as well. Though am glad she was extra harsh as that added more point of views something I appreciate in yrkkh and Goenkas is that the family members show many different views and that too openly.
Suvarna's heart broke with Dadi's accusations and Manish asking her to go away. We have all seen the sweet love between Suvarna and Manish. Manish has always been her strength, the person to stand by her when other's didn't and today when that same man tell her to go away it is obviously shattering.
If they are people to break your hearts they are people to join it as well and that is what Karthik did. He stood up for Suvarna for the first time he fought from her side. He gave explanations from her side, though even then she still seemed numb. Finally getting some courage as his Sherni motions him to come closer, taking baby step and with a lot of hesitation Karthik drops near Suvarna, placing his head on her lap. Apologizing for never understanding and always blaming her. A mother had got her child and that healed her heart.
When you heal someone else they also heal you. When Karthik stood up Suvarna took him into a hug. 20 years later a child was hugged by someone he could call his mother, that 7-8 year old child who lost his mother had found something.
