Even if they plan to extend the show, I don't think it will be more than a year.

I hope for their sake its a FINITE show:

1. One gets typecast if one does one show for years on end > even now, Manish is constantly associated with his Bihaan role (and don't we love him in that, perhaps above all other roles he'll ever have?😛)

2. A finite story has a head and a tail, can be followed comfortably, and doesn't need to drag on, because the show has to be on air for endless ages 😕

3. It's great for the actors also, for now they can give direction to their characters. Otherwise, one day they are heroes, the next they are villains; look at Udaan (not to speak of Thapki Pyaar Ki...)

4. It's good for the viewers in general, for then they get to see their favs in different avataars 😃
